Trial "to" G. AMARAL??? TRIAL FOR THE MCCANNS IS NEEDED! ANSWER!

WHY HAVE THE MCCANNS, THEIR FRIENDS & FAMILY NOT BEEN TRIED? DO YOU KNOW THEY HAVE PAID TWO LAWYERS JUST TO ESCAPE THE NORMAL PROCEDURE IN THE VERY EARLY DAYS in May 2007?:  Yes, A COURT WITH JUDGE AND JURY WHERE THEY SHOULD HAVE WITNESSED THEIR VERSIONS OF THE EVENTS. This is important, and for JUSTICE itself. So I support this incentive for a TRIAL TO THE MCCANNS. Under Oath, do your very BEST, in the Name of your Daughter, to answer the questions! WHY DID YOU LIE????!!!!!!! YES you DID LIE, about the so-called "damaged" shutters AND the NOT "broken, shattered WINDOW"

Do you know what, McCanns? You should ACTUALLY VOLUNTEER to have a TRIAL, instead of taking People to courts. SHAME ON YOU. SHAME!

  Famous for ruling stuff out and what was left would be the truth let us apply his M O to this seemingly complex case but which probably isn't.
  "She's been abducted" scream each McCann to each family member down the phone the night of May 3rd 2007.
  They don't just tell one family member and request they spread the word.
  No. They repeat the same mantra separately to each individual relative.
  To bolster their story they also say "The shutters have been smashed", also repeatedly.
  
  The first thing Holmes would do is check the veracity of their claim of the shutters being disturbed. He immediately sees they have NOT been and finds only one fingerprint. That of Kate's. Knowing that the parents in a missing child case are the first, and indeed most likely suspects of maldeeds, he already knows the McCanns are guilty (of something) given they have lied about the shutters. He knows he is looking at an attempt to stage an abduction, the word "ABDUCTION" the two have bellowed at their relatives, and somewhat surprisingly, the media and priests before even searching for their missing child, something "normal" parents would be doing.
  
  Given that the McCanns spokesman, Mitchell, had to grudgingly concede that the shutters were NOT dislodged or tampered with TEAM McCANN subsequently change their story to leaving a door unlocked. We need go no further to know who is the guilty party here. The attempt to stage an abduction fails and has demonstrably failed.
  
  The cadaver dog and blood dog identify blood on the wall and the scent of death in their apartment 5A, where no one had died before.
  Consider then: 5A, no one died in there before, McCanns holiday in there and are one child down and blood and afterwards blood and death scent in there..

Why is it necessary to have a public enquiry into missing Madeleine McCann? Let us consider a few salient facts.

This was a British girl, nearly 4 years old when she was reported missing. There are widely divergent views on what really happened to her. The McCanns claim she was abducted. The original senior detective in the case and his team believed the evidence pointed to Madeleine having died in her parents holiday apartment.

When the case was shelved by the Portuguese authorities, their final report left both the above options open, but said there was insufficient evidence to charge any individual with any crime relating to Madeleines disappearance. Public opinion ranges from those who fully support and believe in the McCanns account of events, to those who consider that they have reason to doubt it.

The McCanns recently met with Home Secretary Alan Johnson to demand a re-investigation into Madeleines disappearance and now the new Home Secretary Theresa May has also agreed to meet them. The McCanns own spokesman, Mr Clarence Mitchell, admitted earlier this year that Madeleines disappearance was A Complete Mystery. Despite the McCanns having spent literally millions of pounds, most of it raised from the public, on a string of private detective agencies, none of us have any clue whatsoever as to where she might be.

There has been no court case of any kind which might help to establish the truth about what happened to her. A public enquiry with the power to summon witnesses is the most likely to be able to get to the truth. All those with eye-witness or relevant expert evidence to bring to bear on the subject should be summoned to give evidence, and be open to being cross-examined.

If you support this petition, you will be helping to press the government to hold a public enquiry into the disappearance of Madeleine, probably the only way we can establish what might have happened to her."

May I inform the public that so far the McCanns' FUND has resulted in NO further clue into the investigation, what they call "a fund to find Madeleine" has in fact been used for two mortgage repayments and various private "consultants" like the dodgy "Metodo3" group, PRs (WHO ever needs a Public Relation Consultant in a MISSING CHILD CASE???!!!) and retired private "detectives", what else? I would love to know it. So this fund needs a SERIOUS INVESTIGATION, I am sure that "a vast majority of people" will agree with me.)
