Without making a long speech, I will post this photo which I have seen on social sites, to reflect my and many other Truth-seekers' feelings about the important day in Court tomorrow, regarding the (in)famous "Libel" Trial, or in our views, the NON- libel trial.
If there is any justice left in Portugal, you will win this Mr Amaral.
Please Take Care of this case and don't jump to conclusions (re "paedo e-fits" and rings...) before you study EVERY DETAIL of the early situation ( May 2007, PdL) ; may I remind everyone that LIES have been detected about the so-called "forced entry" (see this page). Indeed the McCanns phoned their family and friends during the night to tell them it was an abduction and that the children's bedroom window was "SMASHED" (it was NOT) and the shutter "JEMNIED", "DAMAGED" -- it was NOT.
Let us not forget either that there has NEVER been a trial for the McCanns in Portugal despite the FACT that these "responsible parents" have LEFT their THREE Children under the age of 3, ALONE in their holiday flat (and errr.... as a consequence / or whatever, one went "MISSING"....). In the UK like it was the case even yesterday, people who do THAT are ARRESTED and then JAILED , their children go into CARE and they NEVER see them again. I therefore hope that such a normal, standard TRIAL will take place in Lisbon, or Portimao one of these next days. Thank you to Everyone who has signed and shared it. LINK for the Petition (click).

So Ola, d'abord, Monsieur, what IS the JOB of a DETECTIVE? It's to INVESTIGATE. If you start your investigation "BELIEVING" something then you are BIASED, and acting like quite an IDIOT to be honest. I'll go beyond this: Andy Redwood, you do NOT deserve your position and you SHOULD be SACKED. In fact I'd love to see Amaral back on the scene in Portugal and you REMOVED from the Scotland Yard. I would clap: BRAVO!!!!!
BBC One tonight was broadcasting a Panorama titled on their website: "Madeleine - The last hope?" but, LOL, curiously as a few friends and I switched it on it was titled on the tv screen: " The Liverpool Titanic Girl"!!! Did they mean Kate Healy I wonder?

Mr JOHNSON, what is DISGRACEFUL is to IGNORE the FACTS like YOU and the charming BBC DO. Never, NEVER in your words or in the rest of that "McCannorama" as Joana says, we have heard anything about
1) The LIES BY THE INNOCENT MCCANNS about the "forced entry",
2) The CADAVER ODOUR spotted by highly trained POLICE DOGS, the BLOOD, etc
3) The CONTRADICTIONS in statements, all of them, between the "Heroes" and their "Seven Stars",
4) the issue of MURAT: why did this one recently co-sign a letter with the McCanns? Even tonight on BBC McCannorama he was still feeling stressed out from the HARM that the McCanns' friends caused him, by using the police against him, to follow and stalk him, then ACCUSE him, etc, etc, he was saying himself he only realises NOW what has happened to him, YET, Mr Robert Murat Still Kindly and Fondly Accepts to do what??? To SIGN A LETTER written at the incentive of the McCanns! COME-ON.
5) the more than strange ATTITUDES and reactions of the McCanns all throughout the "post 3rd May 07" events. Whatever these events were, no other "grieving" parent has ever shown themselves up in these ostentatious, arrogant, greedy and celebrity-like ways. COME-ON!
Let's take a backdated look at our Innocent Victims:
Oh, did forget to mention their DOUBLE HELPING from their "search for Madeleine"-MEGA FUND to pay for their "Rothley Manor" MORTGAGE? And that's not all... the list of OBVIOUS pointers is too long to include in this post. I recommend the reading of Mr Amaral's Book for more details. Other books like Faked Abduction by Brian Johnson may also come handy.
Back to the McCannorama:
By the way...Is it true what is said in Portugal, that a PACT was made in 2008? a SECRET PACT between the two countries: Great Britain and Portugal... -But I suspect, there again to try and remain fair to my informers who support Mr Amaral too, that G.Amaral's played-down tone was the works of the BBC being at its best tricks again: using every bit they could to make it all look likeALL was OK in the UK, and that the McCanns are OF COURSE, INNOCENT!
And, you know what, BBC so-called impartial media? When you as a TV channel are TRYING TO MAKE THINGS LOOK LIKE SOMETHING ELSE, it is, purely and simply, called:
PROPAGANDA.
It needs spelt out for them, let's call a cat a cat, and a child monster-desertor a child monster-desertor. Or NEGLECTOR. All of you who condone the McCann's CRIME OF NEGLECT and (other) disguised action BECAUSE YOU ARE in fact SCARED OF THE BLUFF THEY CONDUCT, ALL OF YOU, ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MORE CHILD ABANDONMENT AND MORE CHILD NEGLECT (NOT TO MENTION CHILD ABUSE). "MADELEINE McCann’s parents are set to be quizzed in court later this year in connection with their daughter’s disappearance.
Kate and Gerry McCann, of Rothley, Leics, will face lawyers acting on behalf of the Portuguese detective who led the hunt for Madeleine.
They are suing former police chief Goncalo Amaral for more than £1million damages over claims he made about them.
Amaral, who believes Madeleine is dead, is due to call the McCanns in his bid to defend himself.
Last night the couple’s lawyer Isabel Duarte said she expects the libel trial to take place this year.
She said: “It could be June or July but most likely September. He can call them if there are things they can contribute (to his case).”
Madeleine went missing during a family holiday in Praia da Luz, Portugal, in May 2007. "

So they are still obsessed with that £Million? I thought that this matter was definitely closed, they had already appealed against Amaral's book to be published, they LOST, meanwhile G. Amaral has lost of a lot of income (and thanks to the McCanns in the first place), all this banned time while no sales could be made, so logically shouldn't Amaral sue the McCanns for a £Million then?
I've never read this written anywhere, but how is it called? Loss of income / earnings, by prevention or obstruction or a legal term of the sort. It's clearly a huge LOSS OF EARNINGS! His Lawyer would well know what to call it.
The £Million seems to be a sticky, stubborn target. It was one Million Reward for a while, then the Million pursuit as we still see now in the bid to raid Amaral's pockets, also the hope to make a Million from their book sales.
Are they one million times more of dreamers than I had ever imagined?
By the way there this a huge lie in their book. I can't quote because of the darling copyrights, but I can talk about it in my own words: Kate wrote that Gerry rushed outside to verify the shutters, and that he could pushed them up, UP, after she had pulled them down... but everyone in that resort, and even the police, said that it isNOT possible to open these metallic shutters from the outside. One more, Kate!
Back to this article, Kate has done several solo trips to Portugal this year, for legal matters. Was she preparing this oncoming court ?
...Ms Kate Healy you can certainly answer them now, you KNOW it would RE OPEN the case for your DAUGHTER if you did, so why don't you?
You also say you didn't do the police reconstruction of the events because your friends couldn't find the time (or were not bothered?) to help with this, Easter is coming, with bank holidays, 2 days in Praia Da Luz is enough time to do so. There is NO EXCUSE.
You are not doing any of this, so it's telling the public that really you are not interested in re-opening the case, you are too busy publishing your book instead.
Please make sure you answer these questions in it - which I doubt you will.
"Madeleine McCann's death 'covered up by parents who faked kidnap', court hears
Madeleine McCann died in an accident in her family's Algarve holiday apartment and her death was covered up by her parents who then concocted a tale of kidnap, a Portuguese court was told.
“She died in the apartment as a result of a tragic accident and the parents simulated an abduction after failing to care of their children,” Tavares de Almeida, former chief inspector at Portimao police station during the initial months of the investigation, told the court in Lisbon.
“These were the conclusions of a police report signed by me on September 10 2007,” he added."
Since this old news article was published TWICE in a row, well over ONE YEAR LATER, yesterday and today (please see post below), I might as well make TWO posts about it. It is THEIR headlines I am only reproducing. I have no idea why this huge media is choosing to repost these news, that were sensational, and some would say, "not very helpful to find Madeleine", when no related event but a book on pre-sale is really happening. But this must be coincidence.
Has any marketing ploy become part of a huger marketing plan, by any chance? Or are there some concerned people out there, concerned that a case for a child is archived, with no indication that her investigation would have any good reason to get archived in the first place? The curious matter is left to anyone's guess. We can still write to the media and ask... perhaps we would get lucky enough not to receive a stereotyped letter back in our faces.
It reminds me that, back in 2007, I had had ENOUGH of these media that were (almost all) saying that "Madeleine McCann has been abducted, snatched from her bed in Praia Da Luz", so I massively emailed all these to ask which proof exactly they had to state this. Since they had none, it could only be disinformation - and WHY? Why do disinformation in a little child's case? was my big question to them.
I also chose to write about my incentive around a few public forums and comments spaces. Better not leave these efforts in secrecy... I think that many others joined me in the action, because a little while later, we saw some changes in the general press statements. Maddy wasn't abducted any longer. She was MISSING, difference. Only some media (the type of cheap sheetroll, with a strong odour of racism and taste of ...) were still obstinate into forcing the abduction on. Some jumped from the ditch to the fence, it was an in-between: Maddy was feared abducted. Fair enough, it's very scary to have the thought of any (of YOUR) child abducted.
Some supra-intelligent people with sheer powers like Mrs Justice HOGG were, in a vindictive passion, ordering "the abductor" to come and fall onto their knees in front of her, and confess. She PONDERED that the McCanns were "RESPONSIBLE" parents. I do not know where Mrs HOGG got her child-care diplomas from, do they sometimes come as a bonus gift with tins of sardines? Because, Mrs HOGG, you see, I never knew that an attitude like this of the McCanns in matter of parenting, can EVER be considered as responsible.
So Ok, according to you, Mrs Justice HOGG, they WERE responsible, and Madeleine WAS abducted. She became your "child of Justice" with a WOC. Had you meant a WACK in the poor child's face, you would have done even better, because where are you now? What do you do for Madeleine, exactly? Are you aware of the seriousness, heaviness of HER situation? They were responsible, doing organised child neglect, she was abducted, because they were so responsible, it makes great sense. Your protected parent (the female of them) was writing a diary, where she stated a few things that surely would catch your attention, like the mentioning of paedophiles that want to make HER tear her OWN skin off, but after this, Mrs HOGG, did you see the sort of photos that they were publicly posting? Feared abducted, Madeleine McCann, three years old, WACKED with MAKE-UP. Is this wise you think, for a potential paedophile raptor?
Child-care, you said? Of which kind, may I ask?
So, Mrs Hogg, Mr Cameron, Mr Brown, Mr Blair, Mr Mitchell, Mr Kennedy, Mr Murdoch, MrMagalhaes e Menezes, now you can all tell us: where is the case for this Little Child, MADELEINE MCCANN, going? Do you have a conscience? If not, as we suspect, at least you do have a job the RESPONSIBILITIES of which you have to fulfill. A PUBLIC job means PUBLIC DUTIES, before private profits. Or BE more honest: what is the wider agenda? Any thought for the TRUTH and the JUSTICE for this little person? Start by doing what you're best at: your JOB, by the basics, instead of taking the money and laughing your face off Madeleine. Try JUSTICE if you do justice. Try CARE if you really care. And try reporting on the TRUTH if you own newspapers. But STOP messing us all around like that, because we seriously are saturated with your putrefied food, it leaves a bitter taste in our mouths. And some spirits above are getting REALLY over agitated.
Ok this was from the Mccanns' appeal last January (2010), but, TODAY (actually yesterday, even! see photo), The Telegraph (Uk, online) published the same news as if it was only recent... and the headline wasn't particularly in favour of the McCanns (what IS going on in the establishment? ;)) - forum extract (Jill Harvern): Quote:

but what is the point of this, it's not as if this paper was frankly unbiased usually, and ever gave a : flower : for Madeleine McCann's justice and truth... So what is it now? Or are journalists starting to be fed up covering them and their employers have finally, finally realised that they would make more money by presenting the TRUTH?!
