THE father of a British girl who went missing in Germany 30 years ago wants the Prime Minister to meet with her family as he did with the parents of Madeline McCann.

David Cameron promised to look into the case of Hartlepool youngster Katrice Lee, who disappeared from a British Army base in Germany in 1981, during Prime Minister’s Questions today.
It comes as Spanish police received a report of a possible sighting in the Costa Del Sol of missing youngster Madeline McCann, who went missing in Portugal in 2007.
Katrice’s family have battled for the Military Police to release files relating to the two-year-old’s disappearance for the past three decades.
Now her dad Richard Lee, from the Stockton Road area of Hartlepool, says Mr Cameron should meet with Katrice’s mum, just as he did with the parents of Madeline McCann.
Mr Lee, 62, said: “What I would like to see that Prime Minister do is at least give Katrice’s mother an interview.

“If Maddy McCann’s parents can go and see the Prime Minister then Katrice’s mother should be able to as well.

“There seems to be a two-tier system with missing children, those who have and those who have not.
“And I don’t say this to be nasty or bitter, but the McCanns have spent millions of pounds on their campaign.
“They’ve had better treatment and better media coverage.
“We haven’t been at this for four years, we’ve been at this for three decades, and I think the way that this family has been treated is despicable.”

Caroline Dinenage, who is the local MP for Katrice’s mother, Sharon, of Gosport, Hampshire, raised the issued in the House of Commons yesterday.
Mr Cameron met the McCanns while he was campaigning as the leader of the opposition.
When the McCanns sent him an open letter after he became Prime Minister he replied saying that the Metropolitan Police would be re-investigating the disappearance."

His trial was originally set for February 9th -10th, but postponed. Brown decided to take advantage of her booked flight to see if she could learn anything new by visiting the crime scene. And did she?

“Yes, absolutely. I discovered more about the situation on the street; I learnt about the locks on the doors and how they work; how the shutter and window would be impossible to open from the outside; about the kind of terrain here – but my line of thought has remained the same: there are two simple answers to this crime”.

“The simplest answer is that Madeleine was abducted by a local predator (in which case she would almost certainly have been killed within two to three hours) – and the second simplest answer is that she died in a tragic accident and her body was disposed of”.

Does she believe, like Gonçalo Amaral, that what’s needed is a reconstruction of the night Madeleine went missing?

“Hell yes! And that’s what they have consistently refused to go along with – all of them: the McCanns and the rest of the Tapas group! The McCanns particularly have been their own worst enemies. They could provide answers in a number of ways: by taking part in a reconstruction, by submitting to polygraph testing. You see, they have to be eliminated in order for the first simplest answer to be the highest probability!”

"MADELEINE McCann’s parents are set to be quizzed in court later this year in connection with their daughter’s disappearance.

Kate and Gerry McCann, of Rothley, Leics, will face lawyers acting on behalf of the Portuguese detective who led the hunt for Madeleine.

They are suing former police chief Goncalo Amaral for more than £1million damages over claims he made about them.

Amaral, who believes Madeleine is dead, is due to call the McCanns in his bid to defend himself.

Last night the couple’s lawyer Isabel Duarte said she expects the libel trial to take place this year.

She said: “It could be June or July but most likely September. He can call them if there are things they can contribute (to his case).”

So they are still obsessed with that £Million? I thought that this matter was definitely closed, they had already appealed against Amaral's book to be published, they LOST, meanwhile G. Amaral has lost of a lot of income (and thanks to the McCanns in the first place), all this banned time while no sales could be made, so logically shouldn't Amaral sue the McCanns for a £Million then?

I've never read this written anywhere, but how is it called? Loss of income / earnings, by prevention or obstruction or a legal term of the sort. It's clearly a huge LOSS OF EARNINGS! His Lawyer would well know what to call it.

The £Million seems to be a sticky, stubborn target. It was one Million Reward for a while, then the Million pursuit as we still see now in the bid to raid Amaral's pockets, also the hope to make a Million from their book sales.

Are they one million times more of dreamers than I had ever imagined?

By the way there this a huge lie in their book. I can't quote because of the darling copyrights, but I can talk about it in my own words: Kate wrote that Gerry rushed outside to verify the shutters, and that he could pushed them up, UP, after she had pulled them down... but everyone in that resort, and even the police, said that it is NOT possible to open these metallic shutters from the outside. One more, Kate!

Back to this article, Kate has done several solo trips to Portugal this year, for legal matters. Was she preparing this  oncoming court ?

To sum up, with no evidence, no base to this statement, a police officer of a high rank from the Met (Metropolitan Police in the UK), Mr John SHORD, sent an official message to the Leicestershire police.

It said:

“Intelligence suggests that a paedophile ring in Belgium made an order for a young girl three days before Madeleine McCann was taken.

“Somebody connected to this group saw Maddie, took a photograph of her and sent it to Belgium. The purchaser agreed that the girl was suitable and Maddie was taken.”

An that is a totally UNFOUNDED STATEMENT. There is NO PHOTO, NO PROOF of this, WHATSOEVER! This was solely based on RUMOURS...

How can such malpractice have been tolerated by the British authorities, at a time when both Madeleine's PARENTS Kate Healy and Gerald McCann were MAIN SUSPECTS?! (the John SHORD email was sent to DC Hughes at LP on 4th March 2008)

Question: HOW did the Mccanns know that his information regarding, according to this, Madeleine in a Belgian paedophile ring, was not worth of interest?!

I find this all STRANGE to say the least. And: Would Anna Stam be connected with the McCanns? To me it's VERY likely. And the Loop would be complete! Loopy Loop.

To be honest I've always found it really weird that the McCanns had REFUSED to see that Toscano man.
That is really fishy. Why would they do that if they were sincere about their claim and the investigation? Imo it was a huge indication that:

1) they probably were in contact therefore Toscano was instrumental in that great action of SABOTAGING the case, all being orchestrated by them in the first place - if not pre-planned , etc.

OR:
2) they were not in contact, didn't know each other but the McCanns feared he would suss them out, flairing he was smart (if the case, I've no idea ) so they prefered NOT to speak with him...

... or more simply they KNEW what had happened so just like for the sighting in Belgium, AGAIN, in summer 07 this time, when Gerry sucked on a lollipop at the PJ station, why bother at all...

- With your fund money that was already huge in amount, why did you not go to Poland with a legal team to demand seeing the accused man of "taking photos then driving off very fast" -or more exactly one of the men/people-? Why has this "track", much advertised by you in the press, been completely abandoned by yourself and your numerous teams of private detectives?



-Why do you think so many people were stalking you, Maddy, watching you all, even taking photos? If the case then why despite all this did you STILL take you children to the creche and kids clubs? Also then why did you still leave all three of them UNATTENDED in that foreign flat, even with an UNLOCKED slide/French window /or front door?

- Why, would you think, you didn't hear / see ANYTHING while your daughter, Mr McCann, was being abducted a few steps away from you?



- If you felt a presence in the flat just previously then why did you keep on practicing the same child neglect crime?



- The presence you felt, was it of a human, live nature (like with noises, steps or breathing, etc.) OR of a supernatural / spiritual nature? (like ghost(s) ).

-Where was Madeleine conceived, carried and born?



- Did you use a private clinic that specialises only with IVF?

-What option did you choose to discard the redundant Embryos?

-Did you ever have any other IVF child(ren) other than Maddy, Sean, Amelie?

...Ms Kate Healy you can certainly answer them now, you KNOW it would RE OPEN the case for your DAUGHTER if you did, so why don't you?

You also say you didn't do the police reconstruction of the events because your friends couldn't find the time (or were not bothered?) to help with this, Easter is coming, with bank holidays, 2 days in Praia Da Luz is enough time to do so. There is NO EXCUSE.

You are not doing any of this, so it's telling the public that really you are not interested in re-opening the case, you are too busy publishing your book instead.

Please make sure you answer these questions in it - which I doubt you will.

What would your own questions or requests be? Mine is about the Child's HEALTH RECORDS, that her parents refused to hand over to the police - but from which law can't the British police DEMAND these records, and even get them with a warrant? Had anyone else been a MAIN SUSPECT in any other serious case, especially a MISSING CHILD'S CASE, surely they would have no choice in the matter! So once again, here's a flagrant instance of DELIBERATE SABOTAGE of their own CHILD INVESTIGATION! -and obvious PROTECTION. Mrs HEALY, Dr MCCANN: once again, WHY? WHY DO YOU SABOTAGE THE INVESTIGATION FOR MADELEINE?

“These were the conclusions of a police report signed by me on September 10 2007,” he added."

Since this old news article was published TWICE in a row, well over ONE YEAR LATER,  yesterday and today (please see post below), I might as well make TWO posts about it. It is THEIR headlines I am only reproducing. I have no idea why this huge media is choosing to repost these news, that were sensational, and some would say, "not very helpful to find Madeleine", when no related event but a book on pre-sale is really happening. But this must be coincidence.
Has any marketing ploy become part of a huger marketing plan, by any chance? Or are there some concerned people out there, concerned that a case for a child is archived, with no indication that her investigation would have any good reason to get archived in the first place? The curious matter is left to anyone's guess. We can still write to the media and ask... perhaps we would get lucky enough not to receive a stereotyped letter back in our faces.
 
It reminds me that, back in 2007, I had had ENOUGH of these media that were (almost all) saying that "Madeleine McCann has been abducted, snatched from her bed in Praia Da Luz", so I massively emailed all these to ask which proof exactly they had to state this. Since they had none, it could only be disinformation - and WHY? Why do disinformation in a little child's case? was my big question to them.
I also chose to write about my incentive around a few public forums and comments spaces. Better not leave these efforts in secrecy... I think that many others joined me in the action, because a little while later, we saw some changes in the general press statements. Maddy wasn't abducted any longer. She was MISSING, difference. Only some media (the type of cheap sheetroll, with a strong odour of racism and taste of ...) were still obstinate into forcing the abduction on. Some jumped from the ditch to the fence, it was an in-between: Maddy was feared abducted. Fair enough, it's very scary to have the thought of any (of YOUR) child abducted.
Some supra-intelligent people with sheer powers like Mrs Justice HOGG were, in a vindictive passion, ordering "the abductor" to come and fall onto their knees in front of her, and confess. She PONDERED that the McCanns were "RESPONSIBLE" parents. I do not know where Mrs HOGG got her child-care diplomas from, do they sometimes come as a bonus gift with tins of sardines? Because, Mrs HOGG, you see, I never knew that an attitude like this of the McCanns in matter of parenting, can EVER be considered as responsible.
 
So Ok, according to you, Mrs Justice HOGG, they WERE responsible, and Madeleine WAS abducted. She became your "child of Justice" with a WOC. Had you meant a WACK in the poor child's face, you would have done even better, because where are you now? What do you do for Madeleine, exactly? Are you aware of the seriousness, heaviness of HER situation? They were responsible, doing organised child neglect, she was abducted, because they were so responsible, it makes great sense. Your protected parent (the female of them) was writing a diary, where she stated a few things that surely would catch your attention, like the mentioning of paedophiles that want to make HER tear her OWN skin off, but after this, Mrs HOGG, did you see the sort of photos that they were publicly posting? Feared abducted, Madeleine McCann, three years old, WACKED with MAKE-UP. Is this wise you think, for a potential paedophile raptor?
Child-care, you said? Of which kind, may I ask?

So, Mrs Hogg, Mr Cameron, Mr Brown, Mr Blair, Mr Mitchell, Mr Kennedy, Mr Murdoch, Mr Magalhaes e Menezes, now you can all tell us: where is the case for this Little Child, MADELEINE MCCANN, going?
 Do you have a conscience? If not, as we suspect, at least you do have a job the RESPONSIBILITIES of which you have to fulfill.
A PUBLIC job means PUBLIC DUTIES, before private profits.
Or BE more honest: what is the wider agenda? Any thought for the TRUTH and the JUSTICE for this little person? Start by doing what you're best at: your JOB, by the basics, instead of taking the money and laughing your face off Madeleine. Try JUSTICE if you do justice. Try CARE if you really care. And try reporting on the TRUTH if you own newspapers. But STOP messing us all around like that, because we seriously are saturated with your putrefied food, it leaves a bitter taste in our mouths. And some spirits above are getting REALLY over agitated.

"Furthermore, a strong marking of cadaver odour was made on Kate McCann’s clothes, which may indicate that she was in touch with the cadaver.

There was also a strong marking of cadaver odour in the car that was used by the McCann couple after 27 May 2007). Taking together the blood dog’s marking, and based on the forensics that are included in the process files, which indicate the presence of Madeleine McCann’s DNA in the car boot, we cannot exclude a strong hypothesis that this vehicle may have possibly been used move the cadaver, 24 days or more after Madeleine’s death.

The indication from the cadaver dog, as well as from the blood detection dog, on the key of the aforementioned vehicle, where the laboratory would confirm the existence of Dr Gerald McCann’s DNA, cannot be dismissed. This last signalling was obtained by the dogs after the key was put far away from the vehicle, in a non-visible location.


Conclusions:


From everything that we have discovered, our files result in the following conclusions:


A. the minor Madeleine McCann died in Apartment 5A at the Ocean Club resort in Praia da Luz, on the night of 3 May 2007



B. a simulation - a staged hoax - of an abduction took place



C. in order to render the child’s death impossible before 10.00pm, a situation of checking of the McCann couple’s children while they slept was concocted



D. Dr Gerald McCann and Dr Kate McCann are involved in the concealment of the corpse of their daughter, Madeleine McCann



E. at this moment, there seems to be no strong indications that the child’s death was other than the result of a tragic accident, yet;



F. from what has been established up to now, everything indicates that the McCann couple, in self-defence, did not want to deliver up Madeleine’s corpse immediately and voluntarily, and there is a strong possibility therefore that it was moved from the initial place where she died. This situation may raise questions concerning the circumstances in which the death of the child took place.



G. Therefore, we suggest that the case files are sent to the Republic’s Prosecutor, in the Lagos legal district, for:



1) possible new questioning of the arguidos Dr Gerald and Dr Kate McCann, and



2) an evaluation of the measure of restraint to be applied in this case.



During the house search at the McCann couple’s residence, a diary style manuscript was found, already photocopied, possibly authored by Dr Kate McCann; admitting that it may contain information that may help to reach the material truth of facts.



We therefore propose that the photocopies of the said document are presented to the illustrious judge for the purpose of its apprehension (if legal), its translation and eventual collection of information to be included in the files, as necessary for the investigation.



At this date, I submit the case files for your appreciation, for you to determine whatever you may see as convenient.
