£3.5 Million Case "Review"
The Prime Minister’s instruction to the Metropolitan Police to review the Madeleine McCann case is in breach of the draft protocol that is supposed to protect the operational independence of the police

David Cameron has instructed the Metropolitan Police to review the case of Madeleine McCann. This is in response to an open letter in The Sun and is entirely predictable in terms of the “pulling power” of News International on Government policy.
However, his intervention drives a coach and horses through the draft protocol issued by the Home Office designed to preserve the operational independence of the Police which says:
However, his intervention drives a coach and horses through the draft protocol issued by the Home Office designed to preserve the operational independence of the Police which says:
“The operational independence of the police service, and the decisions made by its operational leadership remain reserved to the Office of Chief Constable and that Office alone.”
Whilst no-one doubts the desirability of doing what can sensibly be done to find out what has happened to Madeleine McCann, I can imagine that the senior leadership of the Metropolitan Police are not exactly happy about this. It again embroils their officers in a high profile investigation, where the chances of success are unclear, and which will divert limited investigative resources away from other matters.Click link for more Comments http://www.lordtobyharris.org.uk/the-prime-ministers-instruction-to-the-metropolitan-police-to-review-madeleine-mccanns-death-is-in-breach-of-the-draft-protocol-that-is-supposed-to-protect-the-operational-independence-of-the-poli/ - Thanks to Ka Ossis for the Info! - BRILLIANT ARTICLE FROM HIS BLOG
Saturday, May 28, 2011 Met Police will carry out a review of Madeleine McCann Case but why prior to this were the Portuguese authorities not onboard? "Dear All Through the Holyrood election and in the English local Council elections the Tories ran with a slogan which simply said ‘commonsense’. Everything was commonsense this and commonsense that. When David Cameron said that Met Police were going to review the Madeleine McCann and throw £3.5 million at it, I thought that was strange. It is strange because for all the talk of a review, no one is using the pertinent word in this case; re-open. And unless it is re-opened, with the co-operation of the Portuguese Judiciary Police (PJ), it is meaningless. When Cameron popped up and made the announcement, I would have thought that prior to this, that there was already some kind of agreement in place between the British and Portuguese authorities. And it turns out there isn’t! This has lead to the Portuguese stating: “the English need authorization from the Portuguese authorities to investigate in our country, because they do not have competence to act in Portugal”. So, out of jurisdiction and no co-operation lined up, this isn’t a serious investigation because right from the start it is flawed. Some high-ranking officers of the British police have equally criticised this decision, arguing that the money that is to be spent is more necessary for other cases. Lord Harris, a member of the Metropolitan Police states: "It again embroils their officers in a high-profile investigation, where the chances of success are unclear, and which will divert limited investigative resources away from other matters." To pull 30 frontline detectives offline and spend million pounds when the necessary prior work to ensure a proper investigation can be done is a complete farce. This all came about after Kate and Gerry McCann, sent a letter to David Cameron, in which they asked for a review of the case. 'Dear Prime Minister, As a devoted father and family man, you know the importance of children. Our beloved eldest child, Madeleine, was abducted from Praia da Luz, Portugal, four years ago. Since then, we have devoted all our energies to ensuring her safe return. Today we are asking you - and the British and Portuguese governments - to help find Madeleine and bring her back to her loving family. We live in hope that Madeleine will be found alive and returned to us. One call might be all that is needed to lead to Madeleine and her abductor. To this end, we are seeking a joint INDEPENDENT, TRANSPARENT and COMPREHENSIVE review of ALL information held in relation to Madeleine's disappearance. Thus far, there has been NO formal review of the material held by the police authorities - which is routine practice in most major unsolved crimes. It is not right that a young vulnerable British citizen has essentially been given up on. This remains an unsolved case of a missing child. Children are our most precious gift. Please don't give up on Madeleine. Kate & Gerry McCann' And with that Cameron was sucked into the McCann Circus along with 30 detectives and £3.5 million pounds. Such a move makes Cameron a hostage to fortune when the next high profile case comes along and he turns it down. Contrary to the general feelings within the PJ, Pedro do Carmo, joint national director at the Judiciary Police, cited by “I” newspaper, states that the PJ is available to cooperate in this case, and committed to finding out the “credible, consistent and relevant factors that may contribute to clarify what happened to Madeleine McCann”. In that case, issues surround her parents as arguidos will come up again. According to members of the PJ, the review of the Madeleine McCann case questions the professionalism of their officers, who did everything that was possible to solve the child’s disappearance. Sources recall that, despite them having good criminal investigation labs, a political decision was made to have the tests carried out in English labs. The source said: “We let the English do everything that they want.” Because of various political influences which was due to the missing child’s parents’ social and political status. That means Gordon Brown and the Labour Government who looking for a feel good factor to boost Brown’s popularity became a problem in the investigation. The Judiciary Police had already been warned that the Scotland Yard had the intention to analyse the case again. This does not mean, however, that the criminal process, which is under the Public Ministry’s tutelage, will be reopened. This process may be picked up again if new evidence that contribute to the investigation’s development are discovered. Another problem is that some of the officers that are involved in the investigation into the disappearance of Maddie McCann, four years ago in Praia da Luz, are close to retirement or about to present a voluntary leave. And this will cause the Met Police no end of trouble because the documents are nearly all in Portuguese and it would be better that these people were available. It is no surprise that the McCann’s four years down the line and with a book to promote have written publicly to David Cameron. They are quite good at manipulating the media; however at anything during the time when the case was archived they could have asked the Portuguese authorities to re-open it. They didn’t and still haven’t because they can’t control or direct a re-opened investigation. And still there is no justice for Madeleine McCann, just considerable number of questions which remain unanswered. disappeare Kate McCann is alleged to have said “the kidnapper” who seized Madeleine may also have drugged her other two children. If she thought they were drugged, why didn’t she taken them to hospital on the night Madeleine disappeared to get checked? Yours sincerely George Laird" The Campaign for Human Rights

Gerry Superimposed Into Photo Of Kate Holding Baby who?

What a surprise... not... as we've seen far too many photos of Madeleine doctored and manipulated pastings and paintshop tooled to sink a battle ship in the past four year's, that is it really surprising to find yet another so called family photo were Gerry has been superimposed into it to make it look like Gerry's the typical family man!
Take a screenshot copy of the above, and put it into your picture viewing program and you'll see all the highlighted edges of Gerry where a blending and colouring tool has been used to put Gerry in the photo with Kate holding a child, and then ask yourself, why do the Mccann's need to fake photos and publish them if Madeleine was really their child!
Gerry look's the same age he was when he went to the court in Lisbon, and funnily enough, he's wearing the same tie that he wore to sue Ameral for his book in 2009, but Kate looks quite a few year's younger and has her own teeth, not the vineer's she's had since we first saw her in May 2007, which would put this photo of Kate holding the baby possibly before the year 2000.
And did anyone notice that not only Gerry is superimposed into the photo with Kate and baby, but also the picture behind Gerry's head, which was on the original photo of Gerry before it was cut and pasted in. There's a lot of blending used around the picture frame to blend it into the background to disguise the addition.
Also, Gerry's body is behind the baby's body, but his head is in front of the baby's head, and he's not leaning his head that far forward for this to be a correct composition between baby and Gerry.
The only other addition's I can pick up in the photo is Kate's had some extra colour added to her lips and so has the baby, and the baby's got a grey/blue right eye and a brown left eye, and the coloboma/fleck is situated at 06:30 on the clock face, instead of the regular 06:35-40 positions shown in other photos and videos.
Crying Children At Night...( on their own)
Warning: LOUD audio of a crying child -as what Mrs Fenn the neighbour witness could have heard- at the very beginning and near the end. Its Author is very right to mention the differing statements and no explanation has ever been supplied by Maddy's parents to confirm, deny or comment on Mrs Fenn's statement. Mrs Fenn has left us this year in March, Rest In Peace Mrs Fenn.
Why don't the social services lean on this is beyond my comprehension. Also shouldn't the British Liaison POLICE officers have demanded a confrontation of witnesses to test all participants' reactions?
Many instances of crying McCann Children are collected in this video. Was it this "safe" to leave all them three UNATTENDED? Kate "McCann" / Healy seems to be devoured by guilt as she clearly mentions it throughout the book. And so should she but was that also part of the (un)told story?

Aren't The Twins Older In Donegal April 2007 Than They Were In May 2007!

Who Are The McCann's Kidding...
Not Us, That's for Sure!
Take a closer look at Sean and Amelie in Praia May 2007, they're still in the toddler stages of child development, still wearing nappies, still having to hold an adult's hand for stabillity, which lasted until at least February 2008. Yet looking at the photo of Sean and Amelie with Madeleine in the photo that was suposedly taken in Donegal April 2007, neither Sean or Amelie are in nappies, they're well past the toddler stage of child development, and are confident enough to stand and walk without a helping hand, which prove's that the photo of Madeleine in Donegal with Sean and Amelie was taken over a year AFTER April 2007!

Is the BOOK the SCRIPT of a "STORY"?
Chapter Seven
As we can see hereunder the same script was used both for tv-speech scenes and the book "madeleine" -Yes I repeat there is NO capital M to its title, made of Madeleine Beth McCann's Name. I find this chapter, "AFTERMATH", particularly disturbing. At some point Kate Healy or McCann describes when herself and her husband were stepping out of the church on Portuguese Mothers Day 6th May 2007. It is included as a normal part of the book, but is in fact a recited piece of speech by Kate at the time - in front of the tv cameras. Isn't it quite a little curious how Kate would have kept her mini-speeches notes? Why would she have kept this? Surely she would remember thanking the People without having to keep the precise note, so why would she keep such token, which surely only reminds her of horrid memories?
If she kept the note (as opposite as having it it beforehand), with which intention: to write a BOOK? (if the case, wow! she knew so long in advance that Maddy would NOT be found for YEARS! -of which we have many other instances in the PLANNING of events!)
-Or, could she be reading from a PRE-WRITTEN SCENARIO SCRIPT? She has actually read and -perhaps- kept many other notes, that she also includes in the book. I wonder who wrote these scripts.
- and if I am putting my finger onto an element of truth, I might as well broaden my speculation and wonder when exactly the whole scenario of this story could be written: before 2007?
I find all this as it is happening too surreal. Since I have started reading the book I have found it mind-boggling. For example in the SECOND chapter called MADELEINE (the first is called GERRY...), for the finally positive pregnancy with Madeleine, Kate explains that TWO embryos were implanted into her womb via IVF treatment. But there is no further mention at all as to what happened to the other embryo since that the only Embryo who is talked about, became Madeleine.
-Yet on much photographic material Madeleine seems to have a twin. Clarence Mitchell also mentioned the "other twins", slipping up.
Chapter Two Extracts:
"This time the cycle didn’t go quite as smoothly. Once again I responded well to the drugs – maybe a little too well, because my ovaries became over-stimulated. I’d swear they were the size of melons. At any rate, I was very uncomfortable. It was agreed with the team that we would go for a day-three embryo transfer. On day two, however, we received an urgent call from the embryologist, who told us the embryos weren’t looking as good as before. He recommended that I come into the hospital for the transfer immediately. Suddenly, we both felt very despondent. If a ‘perfect’ cycle hadn’t worked, what were the chances of this one being successful? Two embryos were placed inside my uterus but this time we did not allow ourselves to get even slightly excited and the cotton-wool coddling went out of the window. I arrived home from the hospital and headed straight into the garden to do some planting. If this was going to work, it would, I told myself. But I wasn’t holding my breath."
[...]
"The next morning at the hospital the positive pregnancy test was confirmed. Everyone was ecstatic but no one, of course, more so than Gerry and me. Inevitably there were more tears, but this time they were happy tears. I felt like a different woman: taller, buoyant, instantly radiant. I could not stop smiling. I thanked God every hour. We didn’t tell anyone, family or friends, for a couple of weeks – we were too concerned about tempting fate and somehow, at that early stage, it just didn’t feel real. For days on end I would repeat to myself, ‘I have a positive pregnancy test, I have a positive pregnancy test,’ rather than acknowledging, ‘I’m pregnant.’ It wasn’t until I had an ultrasound scan at six weeks and we saw a little beating heart that I allowed myself to believe it.
And that was the first time we saw our little Madeleine. Even then she was beautiful."
At the same time as I was reading the book I was re-visualising Kate, Gerry, their friends and all, remembering how I had, at the time, the feeling that they were actors. They were reading their appeals from notes. Their emotions seemed misplaced, somehow. Changes of expressions and attitudes were puzzling me, like Gerry laughing on his patio a few days after the "abduction", or Kate giggling rolling her shoulders, filmed by a male friend, explaining "the tiny window of opportunity" that the 'raptor' had used to steal her daughter.
Kate often mentions the need for violent outbursts, taking her anger out on objects or verbally onto people. Her choice of words and topics are highly explicit and I hide the book away from my Children. She often says, things had to come out. Has she written this book to exorcise herself onto her readers? Comes to mind: the Disturbed that wants to disturb. Or is she playing the part that is written on the script again when she presents the book on mediatic shows?
This whole case reminds me of a macabre machination, a play that is well orchestrated with different episodes a bit like some tv series nowadays, all at once while much script is getting written, followed by months without any show because a new script is being prepared for the episodes to come, and the actors and the directors are having a posh holiday. A good analogy would be The Matrix. (Or is it The Omen?) It's all about media and production. -And of course, MONEY. Like a scenario project that needed, to be born and valid, a good selection of staff... but that appears distrastrous.
Gerry was talking outside his holiday flat just while his kid was getting snatched apparently, to his friend Jeremy Wilkins who is a TV director. An article was published at one minute past midnight on that night... A Media Monitoring Unit magna came to help... And Alex...
This is the short extract that has suddenly made me realise that the book is just like a script- it is not the only extract that gets me to think this:
"Everybody prayed for Madeleine. [...]At the end of the Mass,
every mother and child came to the front of the church to hug and kiss us. ‘She will be back,’ they told us. Three words were whispered to us over and over again
and have remained with us to this day: esperança, força, coragem. [...] Alex was keen for us to leave the church by the side door, where we could be escorted out quickly, past the media and the gathering crowd, [...]but on that
occasion, I think we were probably right to walk out of the main door along with everybody else. At that moment I suddenly felt I wanted to speak to everyone, to
thank them for what they had done for us, and as we approached the few steps leading down into the street, that’s exactly what I did. It’s all a bit hazy now – it was
then, for that matter. I know I was crying. The fact that I said anything at all, especially given my antipathy to speaking in public, is a measure of how important it
felt to me to do so, and every word came from the heart.
Gerry and I would just like to express our sincere gratitude and thanks to everybody but particularly the local community here who have offered so much support. We couldn’t have asked for more. I just want to say thank you.
Please continue to pray for Madeleine. She’s lovely. "
Haven't we clearly heard this somewhere before? Watch the first listed video.
-And, when did Kate get the time to learn to say something like Please give us our daughter back and these other Portuguese words she mentions in this book extract?
They now say that the coloboma is a mere fleck in Maddy's right iris, it was different then:

An Intriguing Revelation
KATE MCCANN SLIPPED UP TWICE THE SAME WAY, FOUR YEARS AGO and RECENTLY!:
[written in May 2011]
- 4 years ago to social worker Yvonne Martin: at 10 am on the 4th May she told her that Maddy was missing for 13 hours.
- Recently on RTE The Late Late Show she said that when the PJ arrived to the 5a apartment, Maddy had been missing for 4 hours. On her book she states that they arrived at 1 am on the 4th May.
She twice said that Maddy went "missing" at 9 pm on the 3rd May..., so WHAT exactly HAPPENED at 9 o'clock? Gerry stated he was checking on their own 3 children at exactly 9:05 pm, stating that Maddy was fine etc... What is the truth? If Madeleine was already missing at 21:00, why fabricate the 22:00 story?!

Why should the taxpayers of Britain, or the council taxpayers of London, pay to investigate a crime committed in Portugal four years ago?
Geoff Stephenson
Police dogs had detected cadaver odour on Maddie’s mother’s clothes. A piece of evidence that the authorities intended to use as a trump, during a questioning that only changed course on the next day, after the Policia Judiciaria failed to see their doubts clarified.
Kate began by replying to all the questions, but when she was made an arguida, she stopped talking to the police inspectors. She went silent, in the company of her lawyer, and accepted all the insinuations in a provocative manner. If the she had nothing to hide – then she would have had nothing to fear.
Less than 48 hours later, Kate and Gerry travel to England with the twins, leaving the investigation into the disappearance of their daughter, who meanwhile had become four, behind. They later guaranteed that they would return if necessary – which they never did, although they were never formally requested to return – as Kate nor Gerry are no longer arguidos for the suspected involvement in concealing the child’s body.
There are 48 questions that Kate did not want to answer during the interrogation and which reflect the investigators’ doubts. If the Kate had nothing to hide – then she would have had nothing to fear. More than four years after Maddie disappeared, many of these questions remain unanswered.
One must pose the question, why on earth would any parent want to hinder an on-going police investigation by taking a very determined view not to answer questions the police put to her?

I thought it was quite clear that the Met had been asked, not ordered, not required. Asked. If they are asked then they have the opportunity to decline.
