SOS- Toulouse Needs Updated!

In 2012, a poster of Madeleine, nearly 4, was being reprinted and attached to a tree there. Incredible, isn't it?

(you may also see our General Info page for details - Toulouse posters... http://thelostmarketingploy.blogspot.co.uk/p/general-info-and-links-mccann-case.html )

It all started with the SAME LIE 5 years ago today!

The McCanns told EVERYONE THE SAME LIE

on the night of the 3rd May 2007!

"The window was smashed" - "The shutter was tampered with"

HOW would you comment on this, Gerald McCann and Kate Healy?

Take a look:

"Her aunt Trish Cameron, who lives in Glasgow, said she felt certain her niece had been abducted.
"They last checked at half past nine and they were all sound asleep, sleeping, windows shut, shutters shut.
"Kate went back at 10 o'clock to check. The front door was lying open, the window had been tampered with, the shutters had been jemmied open or whatever you call it and Madeleine was missing..." http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_news/england/leicestershire/6623127.stm

Kate Healy, missing Madeleine McCann's mother, "grieving"...

"Mr Hill [resort manager] said that despite the report by a family friend that the shutters to the couple's apartment were broken, there was no sign that anyone had forced their way in while the McCanns ate at the tapas restaurant 200 yards away.

He said: "We are hoping that Madeleine is found as soon as possible and safe and well. Everybody here is just wishing that she is found as soon as possible."

But family friend Jill Renwick told GMTV the McCanns were certain that Madeleine has been abducted.

"They were just watching the hotel room and going back every half-hour and the shutters had been broken open and they had gone into the room and taken Madeleine," she said."

"Speaking to the BBC later, Ms Renwick said the McCanns, holidaying with three other British families, had felt let down by police in Portugal.
"I spoke to them this morning and they said the police had done nothing overnight and they felt as if they'd been left on their own.
"They just don't know where to turn."
But resort manager Mr Hill said this was not true, and that police had been searching with dogs overnight and continued to search today.
He said: "The police have their dogs in and have been conducting sweeps of the beach and rocky areas very close to the village.
"There is a criminal investigator here in charge of the situation and around 20 officers but unfortunately there is still no information.
"If I was in the McCanns' situation, I would be frustrated as hell if there were 100 police here - I would still be frustrated and want more.
"I can't put myself in their position but the police were here with their dogs through the night."
He said detectives had not found a forced entry into the apartment but said the shutters had been slid up and the bedroom window opened since the McCanns left.
As to whether the police were now looking at an abduction, he said: "We just can't speculate at this stage. I hope not." Source: http://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/europe/british-girl-missing-on-algarve-holiday-447404.html
Also see: McCann Files Site (many Thanks) and The First Reactions:
"Note how consistent the stories are that an 'abductor' gained access to a locked apartment by breaking open the shutter on the bedroom window and escaping by the front door.

The story changed later when it became clear the shutters on the window had not been forced, were not damaged in any way and could only be opened from inside the apartment.

From that point, the McCanns became convinced that an 'abductor' had entered through 'open' patio doors and escaped through the open shuttered window.

Clarence Mitchell, the McCanns' spokesman, is eventually forced to admit that "There was no evidence of a break-in".
It seems slightly odd that Kate McCann should feel the need to phone a childhood friend at 2:00am in the morning - after all, what could she do to help?
It's also interesting that Linda McQueen says that Kate 'was trying to get everything up and running to find her'. Surely, Kate would have been better employed 'up and running' looking for Madeleine herself rather than ringing a childhood friend who was in no position to offer any help.
It appears to show that the McCanns were already embarked on a campaign.
Why did they need to get 'everything up and running' when the police were already there? How could they think so logically at a time of high emotions, extreme stress and desperation.
We have been told by friends and relatives that the McCanns were absolutely devastated and uncontrollable with grief - yet they had the calm presence of mind to undertake a carefully organised system of phone calls to friends and relatives to get 'everything up and running'.

"
Jon Corner, a close friend of Mrs McCann and godparent of the twins, said Kate telephoned him in the middle of the night distraught.

He said: "She just blurted out that Madeleine had been abducted. She told me, 'They have broken the shutter on the window and taken my little girl.'
"They had left the apartment locked while they were having their meal, but when they went back the last time they saw the damage."
After speaking to her a second time, he repeated his earlier account, but this time in stronger language
He told how tearful Kate sobbed down the phone early yesterday: "Someone has taken my little girl."
He continued: "She was in an absolutely hysterical state - very, very distressed. She blurted out Madeleine had been abducted.
"Kate said the shutters of the room were smashed. Madeleine was missing. It looks as though someone had gone straight past the twins to get to her."
""She just told me that Maddy had been abducted, that the shutters of the apartment had been forced and someone had taken her."
"Maddy was asleep in the room with Sean and Amelie and whoever has taken her has gone straight past the sleeping twins, left them completely alone and snatched Maddy."
"Kate is just so distressed. She doesn’t know what to do. It has knocked me and everyone else for six. It doesn’t actually seem real."

WHO really needs more evidence that it was all a HUGE LIE?

Is this as a whole not enough for the case to get re opened and start with a standard TRIAL? Then we would see what the "Responsible Model Parents" who have the AUDACITY to give advice to Others answer to THAT! I would LOVE to watch and hear how they respond to this page which is the authentic reporting of the TRUTH, as everything published here is easily checkable as genuinely quoted - hence actually uttered by the McCanns, and repeated to the press by their close family and friends.

Yes. They've ALL said what the McCanns told them on the phone on the 3rd and 4th May night, purposedly as it stronly looks. All of them in unison. Did they check afterwards? Surely they did, some went there early and saw it was all lies. John Hill, the POLICE, the local Witnesses, including Staff, EVERYONE saw and heard the PATHETIC LIE! - But, did they approach the "grieving" jogging parents about it? Mhh... They still all flew there for comfort and working towards the mediatisation and organisation... of the FUND.

Mr CAMERON, why do you CONDONE LIES?
Why do you grant tax-paid TIME to people of the sort but neglect all the rest of your country? Use that money and give a sheltered BED to Teens who are HOMELESS WITH THEIR PARENTS. You're a SHAME, a SHAME! TWO MILLIONS granted to so-called "Scotland Yard" "detectives", all that to hear that, DESPITE THAT WE CAN SEE AND READ ABOVE,  Mr Redwod has DECIDED that it was STRANGER'S ABDUCTION! What a farce and total waste of public money.

Also, at any time, the McCanns CAN request the RE-OPENING of the case by simply writing to the Portuguese authorities. Is it any wonder, in the lights of their evident LIES, that they NEVER requested it?!

Electronic EYE Implant Successful

Eye implant trials 'successful'

The first UK clinical trials of an electronic eye implant designed to restore the sight of blind people have proved successful and "exceeded expectations", according to scientists.
Eye experts developing the pioneering new technology said the first group of British patients to receive the electronic microchips were regaining "useful vision" just weeks after undergoing surgery.
The news will offer fresh hope for people suffering from retinitis pigmentosa (RP) - a genetic eye condition that leads to incurable blindness.
Retina Implant AG, a leading developer of subretinal implants, fitted two RP sufferers with the wireless device in mid-April as part of its UK trial. The patients were able to detect light immediately after the microchip was activated, while further testing revealed there were also able to locate white objects on a dark background, Retina Implant said.
Ten more British sufferers will be fitted with the devices as part of the British trial, which is being led by Tim Jackson, a consultant retinal surgeon at King's College Hospital and Robert MacLaren, a professor of Ophthalmology at the University of Oxford and a consultant retinal surgeon at the Oxford Eye Hospital.
They said: "The visual results of these patients exceeded our expectations. This technology represents a genuinely exciting development and is an import step forward in our attempts to offer people with RP a better quality of life."
The patients will undergo further testing as they adjust to the 3mm by 3mm device in the coming months.
The subretinal implant technology has been in clinical trials for more than six years with testing also taking place in Germany. Developers are planning to seek commercial approval following the latest phase of testing.
David Head, head of charity RP Fighting Blindness, said: "The completion of the first two implants in the UK is very significant and brings hope to people who have lost their sight as a result of RP."
RP is an inherited condition which gets worse over time and affects one in every 3,000-4,000 people in Europe." Source: http://uk.news.yahoo.com/eye-implant-trials-successful-034512584.html

McCanns' Toddlers To Grow Reverse

Twins wearing SAME clothes BEFORE and AFTER the long holiday in ALGARVE.
Is this not strange?? Children grow a lot when Toddlers, 5 months is a lot of time, no parent would buy clothes to keep them for FIVE MONTHS on ANY Toddler!
Yet in the case of the McCanns, tadahhh! Magic! Here it is though, the TRICK:

Donegal, Ireland, at Family's, EASTER 2007

MAY 2007 SEAN MCCANN  with Kate Healy and Fiona PAYNE
Ocean Club pool, shortly after his Sister's 'disappearance'
Here's SEAN MCCANN again, but... at Easter time 2007, somehow looking older than... AFTER...
(his toddler belly appeared afterwards, about a month later... like we see on the pool photo, Ocean Club picture above)
And why are poor Amelie's head and neck crushed this way? With her hair pulled aback... by the cousin whose face expression seem to send a message to the photographer, by the way: could this have been a gross attempt to make her look smaller?
Spring/Early Summer 2007 Ocean Club,
after 'Maddy''s 'missing event' - toddler belly for Sean has gone missing too,
magic!

Obviously do not get mistaken by the title of this video - it's a pc-screen capture to show in which video 've taken it from; Public Credits self evidently reproduced. The photo shows Little Madeleine McCann at around Christmas 2006 time.
Similar photographic material can be seen net - widely, but don't reflect the same growth stage regarding the two twins, A NEW Blog Post is soon to come about New Comparisons.
Feel free to post Photo Links! Ty.
OK to BLOG around TOO! None of these I'd found myself, it's all PUBLIC search and Find! GOOD I think, what do you think? Qu'en pensez-vous? In the McCanns' family, Kids have an art of growing... suiting the calendar AGENDA!
But the question is WHY?
Has there been a twin or more sisters to Madeleine, one having died in the 5a flat, OC, PdL, showing the cadaver odour and all the other 'trimmings', while one or two similar looking siblings might be living somewhere else? Is this why the PJ asked Kate a question about ADOPTION BY FAMILY??!!

In this case the McCanns wouldn't lie... about the postcards that 'she' has sent to her twins.
She then would be treated like a Princess... well looked after as her father has stated several times! He would also be right regarding the sudden absence of COLOBOMA, for twins or triplets or mass in-vitro embryos can't all have this eye defect. Then One Nice Day like by God-Sent Miracle, "Madeleine" Will Be Returned.... a story that Everyone with a half-brain will LOVE to watch!

Ola Good News!!!

THE RETURN OF THE MAC (HELL, NO! THE BOOK!!)

Hi, I don't know if this has been reported this time, as wide and high as the "Mccannorama" ;) from the BBC, anyway if it hasn't, here's the shout:

G. AMARAL's BOOKS were to be returned yesterday 26th April 2012 to his publishers. Were they? A few people have exclaimed - and rightly- that the BBC "Panorama" was a strategy (of PROPAGANDA, as I've already qualified it) to DIVERT from this presumably known in advance FACT.

By the way the BBC has never mentioned (or correct me if I'm wrong) that Mr G. AMARAL has WON this trial against the McCanns and that the 7 500 copies of his CONFISCATED BOOKS were DUE BACK TO HIM, and subsequently FREE to be sold again. Consequently they are also FREE to be translated into ENGLISH and PUBLISHED IN GREAT BRITAIN.

(Curiously from what I understand they were never banned anywhere else but in Portugal or other Portuguese speaking countries, but no publisher in GB had ever had the "gutts" to put it on the Market! W@nkers, LOL)

Here's the GOOD NEWS sum-up from this site (Joana Morais)

McCann Case: Judge orders the immediate return of Gonçalo Amaral's Book

14 March 2012 | Posted by Joana Morais Leave a Comment

Following the ruling of the Court of Appeals of Lisbon on October 14, 2010 in which the judges decreed that Gonçalo Amaral's books could be sold, revoking the first judgement of the Court a quo [lower court/court decision's that was appealed] that had granted a banning injunction, and in a new legal setback for the McCanns, we can now confirm that the judge has ordered the immediate return of the 7.500 copies of the book "Maddie, the Truth of the Lie" that were entrusted to Isabel Duarte, lawyer of the McCann couple. The lawyer has, of today, 10 working days to fulfil that order.

On the other hand, we are also able to confirm that one of the several claims for defamation made by the McCann couple against several Portuguese persons, specifically one targeting criminal psychologist and university professor Dr. Paulo Sargento as been archived by the Public Ministry. Nevertheless, and according to information that was provided to us, the McCanns' lawyer, Isabel Duarte, intends to proceed with the claim despite not having the backing of the Public Ministry.

In Spanish at Mercedes's blog, with muchas gracias for the breaking news.

Update

The Civil Court of Lisbon notified the McCanns' lawyer on Tuesday

Early on this week, the lawyer for Guerra & Paz book publishers said that the book copies were stored at a warehouse in the area of Matinha in Lisbon, and that, they should be returned as soon as there was a court order. The 1st Circuit of the Civil Court of Lisbon [the same court that had granted the initial injunction on September 9, 2009] has now notified, Isabel Duarte, the books' trustee, ordering her to return the books to Guerra & Paz, within 10 days.

in O Crime, paper edition, nº 1546, pages 12 to 14, March 15, 2012

«I expect the McCann couple to respect the court order, and within 10 days, to return to us all the copies (about 7500) of the book 'Maddie, The Truth of the Lie'.»

Gonçalo Amaral, retired PJ coordinator, who investigated the case.

in Correio da Manhã, paper edition, page 15, March 15, 2012

Update on March 23, 2012
The mandatary and lawyer of the McCann couple, Isabel Duarte, has until the 29th of this month to return the books; the 10 days deadline are not consecutive and are measured as working days. Meanwhile, the lawyer to whom the books were entrusted by the First Instance Civil Court of Lisbon, has been trying to delay the restitution of the books to its rightful owners as ordered by the Supreme Court of Justice alleging that the Court of Appeals judgement did not transit in rem judicatam [unappealable decision/final ruling].

DCI Andy Redwood Believes In Stranger Abduction!

BBC PROPAGANDA WAS ON MENU TONIGHT. A OLD DISH ONLY RESERVED VERY COLD THOUGH. THIS IS NEW ENGLAND, NEW SCOTLAND YARD, NEW WORLD ORDER

You'd think I'm writing a Spoof, wouldn't you? Well, not.
As quoted in the Express Co Uk: "Detective Chief Inspector Andy Redwood said he believes her disappearance was a stranger abduction, as he said there are 195 "investigative opportunities"."

So Ola, d'abord, Monsieur, what IS the JOB of a DETECTIVE? It's to INVESTIGATE. If you start your investigation "BELIEVING" something then you are BIASED, and acting like quite an IDIOT to be honest. I'll go beyond this: Andy Redwood, you do NOT deserve your position and you SHOULD be SACKED. In fact I'd love to see Amaral back on the scene in Portugal and you REMOVED from the Scotland Yard. I would clap: BRAVO!!!!!

BBC One tonight was broadcasting a Panorama titled on their website: "Madeleine - The last hope?" but, LOL, curiously as a few friends and I switched it on it was titled on the tv screen: " The Liverpool Titanic Girl"!!! Did they mean Kate Healy I wonder?

By the way thank you to Joana Morais for having blogged about this in order to pre-inform us all about it.
On Joana's site we can read a pre-article about the Panorama programme: "Panorama also interviews former Home Secretary Alan Johnson MP, who criticises the initial Portuguese investigation of the daughter of Kate and Gerry McCann.
“It seems to be disgraceful,” says Johnson. “It didn’t seem to me that they had had the benefit of a proper police investigation into the disappearance of Madeleine.”
Johnson was the first Home Secretary to carry out a feasibility study into whether the Metropolitan Police could review the investigation. He met Madeleine’s parents and says: “I was enormously sympathetic to their case. All the stuff that appeared in certain tabloids suggesting they were the guilty party, you know it’s very difficult under that kind of saturation coverage not to start believing in some of those theories. But by the time they came in to see me I was absolutely clear that they were the victims in all this.” "       (Here we go, once again. How many times do we have to teach them the SAME lesson?! Who IS/WAS the REAL VICTIM in all this??? WHO, would you think? Thank you. And stop bashing our ears with your propaganda, you most ef thee "media", cause NEXT TIME, WE WON'T WATCH IT!)

Mr JOHNSON, what is DISGRACEFUL is to IGNORE the FACTS like YOU and the charming BBC DO. Never, NEVER in your words or in the rest of that "McCannorama" as Joana says, we have heard anything about
1) The LIES BY THE INNOCENT MCCANNS about the "forced entry",
2) The CADAVER ODOUR spotted by highly trained POLICE DOGS, the BLOOD, etc
3) The CONTRADICTIONS in statements, all of them, between the "Heroes" and their "Seven Stars",
4) the issue of MURAT: why did this one recently co-sign a letter with the McCanns? Even tonight on BBC McCannorama he was still feeling stressed out from the HARM that the McCanns' friends caused him, by using the police against him, to follow and stalk him, then ACCUSE him, etc, etc, he was saying himself he only realises NOW what has happened to him, YET, Mr Robert Murat Still Kindly and Fondly Accepts to do what??? To SIGN A LETTER written at the incentive of the McCanns! COME-ON.
5) the more than strange ATTITUDES and reactions of the McCanns all throughout the "post 3rd May 07" events. Whatever these events were, no other "grieving" parent has ever shown themselves up in these ostentatious, arrogant, greedy and celebrity-like ways. COME-ON!

Let's take a backdated look at our Innocent Victims:

Oh, did  forget to mention their DOUBLE HELPING from their "search for Madeleine"-MEGA FUND to pay for their "Rothley Manor" MORTGAGE? And that's not all... the list of OBVIOUS pointers is too long to include in this post. I recommend the reading of Mr Amaral's Book for more details. Other books like Faked Abduction by Brian Johnson may also come handy.

Back to the McCannorama:
By the way...  Is it true what is said in Portugal, that a PACT was made in 2008? a SECRET PACT between the two countries: Great Britain and Portugal... -But I suspect, there again to try and remain fair to my informers who support Mr Amaral too, that G.Amaral's played-down tone was the works of the BBC being at its best tricks again: using every bit they could to make it all look like ALL was OK in the UK, and that the McCanns are OF COURSE, INNOCENT!

And, you know what, BBC so-called impartial media? When you as a TV channel are TRYING TO MAKE THINGS LOOK LIKE SOMETHING ELSE, it is, purely and simply, called:

PROPAGANDA.

It needs spelt out for them, let's call a cat a cat, and a child monster-desertor a child monster-desertor. Or NEGLECTOR. All of you who condone the McCann's CRIME OF NEGLECT and (other) disguised action BECAUSE YOU ARE in fact SCARED OF THE BLUFF THEY CONDUCT, ALL OF YOU, ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MORE CHILD ABANDONMENT AND MORE CHILD NEGLECT (NOT TO MENTION CHILD ABUSE). You ALL FACILITATE it by MINIMISING the FACTS and being hypocritically, cowardly COMPLACENT to it.
I SO DESPISE YOU!

Maddy Age-Progression Lab - Upgraded

Spoof by our scorching, inimitable KA OSSIS!
-"upgraded" by your Friend Mega ;0) -

Note that "Maddy" would now be nearly NINE years old, but, technically, OK, "she"would be eight. It's approaching her "birthday". Of course "it"'s approaching her "anniversary" too.
So NO stone un-turned, we all get it, yeah I will NOT leave ONE stone unturned..., I might as well get to Egypt and ask everyone there why so many stones were turned, now all tombs and sarcophages have been raided and appear completely EMPTY. Have they seen Maddy too? Oh well, perhaps the same isn't happening regarding the MADDY's FUND after all, is it EMPTY? Or does it only appear to be so?

Curiously if my own fund gets emptied then I fill it up by work, hard one, but in the case of Mrs Kate HEALY I see that she still holds, proudly, the key for the Rothley "Manor", NOT having to job-search nor having to re-train as a Doctor. Busy times, busy ways. Updating a "bewk" must be "hell", oh dear.

Anyway any other time - and this one is NO exception- that approaches "Maddy's Anniversary" (3rd May) or "Birthday" next, (12th May), sees a myriad of Sightings and an equally abundant flurry of press-articles.

Curiously, very curiously in fact, when it's about an opponent WINNING A TRAL IN COURT, like Mr G. AMARAL recently regarding his Book, A Verdade Di Mentira, (Truth about the LIES), the TRUTH of the FACTS is COMPLETELY BLANKED, BLACKED OUT, by ALL "media".

Anyway here is an "image" that is supposed to represent "our Maddy" right NOW, at nearly NINE years old:

Story Image
Mmh, Olivia Newton John at 55? (after visible cosmetic surgery)  OMG what has happened on the ears lobe?!- - - Why do they always have to look American??

IS THAT WHAT AN EIGHT YEAR OLD IS SUPPOSED TO BE LOOKING LIKE? Both grandmothers must be so proud: Oh look! She looks like ME!
Source: Express Co Uk
Reminder:

It says in French: LOOK INTO MY EYES, etc. So once again, with no more concern than hot chinese lanterns massively threw into the air or else dangerous colony of balloons, we all saw a pair of parents who left their kids, THREE under THREE years old, ALONE, UNATTENDED in a holiday flat, claiming very strangely that , due to a "forced entry" with so-called "smashed windows" and "damaged shutter" (LIES!!!!), their nearly 4 years old "Madeleine" was "abducted", on top of it were also URGING EVERYBODY TO LOOK INTO EVERYBODY ELSE'S CHILD'S EYES!

WHO DO THEY THINK THEY ARE?!!

Excuse me Mr Cameron, but these uncaring, neglecting people you grant private interviews to in your PM office, using tax payers money, use and abuse your paid time, and ours, big style. Why don't you BOOT them in the BUTT and launch the Social Services on them?! This should calm them down for a little while. You would also do your DUTY.
Mr Cameron, you should also set the POLICE on them, for public lie and misuse of media, and abuse of public trust in their vast appeals for donations. Yes, use and abuse of public trust, because this has happened in England too, and in the rest of Great Britain, not just in Portugal. The people here have been lied to and even hidden facts!
Mr Cameron, you should also look at what happens to other cases where lies and fraud are suspected - if not totally evident like in the case of their "forced entry" which was not even a theory, but mere, gross fabrication. The McCanns still knock at your door and ask for special treatment, so why don't you take the usual measures and set a good old fashion TRIAL to question these two globe trotters, and allow the true LIGHT be shed on the biggest enigma of the year 2007?
I'm sure if you reacted the way you really should, Mr Cameron, they would stop FOR GOOD coming knocking at your door and waste your precious time. I think you should mind  the Homeless, the energy bills, the lack of electric re-fuel point for Electric Cars, the lack of flexibility for people who start a business, Education and, of course, the NHS. Or are the Mcanns STILL more important that all this in your eyes?! If so I'd really need to know WHY!
Thank you for reading.

PM promises to look into Katrice Lee case

"PM promises to look into Katrice Lee case

THE father of a British girl who went missing in Germany 30 years ago wants the Prime Minister to meet with her family as he did with the parents of Madeline McCann.

David Cameron promised to look into the case of Hartlepool youngster Katrice Lee, who disappeared from a British Army base in Germany in 1981, during Prime Minister’s Questions today.
It comes as Spanish police received a report of a possible sighting in the Costa Del Sol of missing youngster Madeline McCann, who went missing in Portugal in 2007.
Katrice’s family have battled for the Military Police to release files relating to the two-year-old’s disappearance for the past three decades.
Now her dad Richard Lee, from the Stockton Road area of Hartlepool, says Mr Cameron should meet with Katrice’s mum, just as he did with the parents of Madeline McCann.
Mr Lee, 62, said: “What I would like to see that Prime Minister do is at least give Katrice’s mother an interview.

If Maddy McCann’s parents can go and see the Prime Minister then Katrice’s mother should be able to as well.

There seems to be a two-tier system with missing children, those who have and those who have not.
“And I don’t say this to be nasty or bitter, but the McCanns have spent millions of pounds on their campaign.
“They’ve had better treatment and better media coverage.
“We haven’t been at this for four years, we’ve been at this for three decades, and I think the way that this family has been treated is despicable.”

Caroline Dinenage, who is the local MP for Katrice’s mother, Sharon, of Gosport, Hampshire, raised the issued in the House of Commons yesterday.
Mr Cameron met the McCanns while he was campaigning as the leader of the opposition.
When the McCanns sent him an open letter after he became Prime Minister he replied saying that the Metropolitan Police would be re-investigating the disappearance."

URGENT Action 95000 Signatures! GOV TO DESTROY PRIVACY

"Government spy programme will monitor every phone call, text and email... and details will be kept for up to a year"

By Pamela Owen

"According to The Sunday Times ministers are planning to include the spy initiative called the Communications Capabilities Development Programme in the Queen's speech in May.
Jim Killock, executive director of the Open Rights Group, said: 'This would be a systematic effort to spy on all of our digital communications.
'No state in history has been able to gather the level of information proposed,' he said to The Sunday Times."

However, if ne wants to counteract THAT, action is on at the 38 Degrees Site:

https://secure.38degrees.org.uk/stop-the-snooping-plan

I've signed and shared, hope you will too. This regards GB but if you don't live THERE I 'm sure you'll find it interesting... you may tweet and facebook this action to help us fight this form of fascism.
If you google it you find articles like the one above.

British government decides once again to control people's PRIVACY (of course "as a measure to prevent 'terrorism')... It's the second time they're trying this, the first time was under Gordon Brown. No matter what the REGIME is, these rich sirs who would be NOTHING without the People, let us remind clearly, can't help but revealing who they really are: THE TERRORISTS against the Citizens. The THREAT.

Mind you does this not ring a bell?
Curiously when it comes to protect the people involved in ON-GOING cases like the McCann one there has been no measure taken to control anything but the media and ensuring that the pets were fully PROTECTED. We can't help but remember the special measures taken to even BLOCK ROADS so that the (at the time) MAIN SUSPECTS would drive back home in perfect conditions, while M(r)s Jacqui SMITH, Home Secretary, on behalf of the SOCIAL SERVICES, was broadcasting loudly and authoritatively to anyone who could hear in Britain her imposing message of SYMPATHY and PROTECTION for the McCanns - with implied THREAT to whomever would even think of saying they disagreed!
Dear jackasses why don't you do your JOB instead of playing the terrorists? Start with monitoring that FUND of your friends and stop playing the "well wishing" bad mother-in-law. People in Britain PAY you and they don't need a "nanny" but support in what they do, which is of course the last thing you find if you live in that country, e.g. re LEGAL AID, Business Support, Starting an Organisation... not to mention that what you offer is LAME, unefficient like stupid courses where adults in need of training waste their time, not to mention the money you throw away day after day to force job seekers into having to report to a paid agent of your non-sense "services", being talked to as if they were toddlers in a nursery. Enough is enough, as long as half of that country will be paid by the other half to DICTATE, MONITOR, CONTROL and SPY you will NEVER reach the level of civilisation that THIS date in THIS millenium should see.
Jackasses in penguin suits, open your eyes, free your brain and WAKE UP: we don't live in the Roman times any longer.

"THE SMARTPHONE APPS THAT SPY ON YOUR CHILDREN:

Smartphone apps are being used by the companies that sell them to store information about your children.
The apps can gather information of their whereabouts, who they are talking to and even store photographs.
Small print in the information provided before it is downloaded gives permission for the information to be accessed.
The Sunday Times examined 200 apps available and out of those 170 provided the right to access some information stored on the phone.
Developers have said they need the information in order to ensure the products work properly but some of the data accessed has little relevance.
Last week it was discovered the app for Twitter had been secretly accessing mobile phone address books.
Director of Big Brother Watch, Nick Pickles, told The Sunday Times: 'How many parents knew that a simple mobile phone game would give someone the ability to access their child's location, see what their camera lens is looking at or see the phone number of who is calling their child?'
Mr Pickles added it was proof of how weak regulation was."

'Parliament on the cusp of passing a law that will grossly restrict access to justice for ordinary people in privacy and libel cases'

Dear Prime Minister
The legal aid sentencing and punishment of offenders bill will have its third and final reading on Tuesday in the House of Lords. Parliament is therefore on the cusp of passing a law that will grossly restrict access to justice for ordinary people in privacy and libel cases, without even any saving to the public purse. We strongly object to the passing of this unjust measure and urge you to amend it before it is too late.

Of course we are the first to recognise that legal costs in many cases are too high and also that some reforms are justified, but the bill includes changes to conditional fee ("no-win, no-fee") agreements and to after-the-event ("no-win, no-premium") insurance schemes which will effectively make them non-viable in libel and privacy cases, where financial damages to a successful claimant are far too small to cover these costs as the bill currently proposes they should. So only the rich could take on a big newspaper group. A successful libel defendant obviously does not get any damages so these reforms will prevent all but the rich from being able to defend their right to free speech against wealthy or corporate libel claimants. Although the aim of reducing costs is very laudable, the position of lower and middle income claimants and defendants in these types of cases has simply been ignored.

Even if a lawyer will take a high-profile case without a "success fee" that compensates for the risk of losing some cases, or even does the case pro-bono, there is still the enormous risk to defendants and claimants that if they lose, they will have to pay the other side's costs. A person of ordinary means in that position basically has the choice of living with injustice or risk losing their home.

Lord Justice Jackson recognised this problem when he proposed an alternative to insurance in his review but the government – without explanation – has not accepted his recommendations in these cases.

In practice this means that in future ordinary defendants, like Peter Wilmshurst, Hardeep Singh and Heather Brooke will also be unable to get support for legal action taken against them, often by large institutions with deep pockets trying to silence them. That would be bad news for science and medicine, for free religious debate and for transparency in the public interest. And victims of the tabloid press like Christopher Jefferies, Bob and Sally Dowler, Kate and Gerry McCann and Robert Murat will not be able to take legal action against the tabloids for hacking into their phones, for false accusations and for gross misrepresentation. Newspaper corporations with big legal departments and their own insurance would scare people off by the prospect of facing a million pounds worth of costs if they lose. This is obviously both wrong and unfair to the ordinary citizen with a good case.

The bill simply fails to consider people like us. Unless a change is made on Tuesday, the government will have succeeded only in uniting both claimants and defendants from modest backgrounds – together with their supporters – against the government and much of the good will generated by the setting up of the Leveson inquiry and promising a libel reform bill will be lost.

We urge you to take action now to amend the legal aid, sentencing and punishment of offenders bill to specifically remove libel and privacy cases, or you will stand accused of being unfair to ordinary people and giving yet more power to large media corporations and corporate libel bullies.

The McCanns interviewed by Fredrik Skavlan on Swedish TV SVT (Skavlan Talk Show)

Kate McCann
This video is available [on the link above, from 38:55] until Sun April 22

Aired: Friday 23 March 2012
With thanks to A Miller for original transcript

Archive footage:
Gerry McCann: Please, if you have Madeleine, let her come home to her mummy, daddy, brother and sister.

Kate McCann: I just wanna say 'thank you'. Please continue to pray for Madeleine, she's lovely.

Gerry McCann: ...and we continue to hope for the best possible outcome from this for us... and for Madeleine.

Studio:

Fredrik Skavlan [Host]: Errr... Kate and Gerry McCann please welcome to... welcome to Stockholm.

Gerry McCann: Thank you.

Kate McCann: Thank you.

Fredrik Skavlan: Errr... It's... it's been... it's been almost five years, errr... since, since, errm... Madeleine disappeared and... and now you Kate are reliving the whole thing by writing a book about what happened. Errm... Why are you doing that?

Kate McCann: Well I actually started to keep a diary back in May 2007. I was advised to do it actually, and at the time I felt it would be important for Madeleine really, so that when we found her we'd be able to fill in the gaps, errm... in her life, and then I also thought it would be good for Sean and Amelie as well, so that they would have an account really, of the truth of everything that happened.

Fredrik Skavlan: Your... your twins?

Kate McCann: That's right, yeah.

Fredrik Skavlan: Errm... If we could start by going back, errm... to... to May, errr... 3rd 2007. What's your strongest memories of Madeleine from that day?

Gerry McCann: I think the strongest memory I have is of really, the photograph that was the last photograph we have of her and, errr... you know, we'd had a lovely holiday. Madeleine was having a great time and just after lunch we went over to the pool area and, errr... she was sitting there paddling in the pool and I was sitting next to her and she turned round and she's just beaming. And then the... the last time I saw her, which was probably minutes before she was taken, when she was lying asleep, and it's terrible how... I've said this a few times but I had one of those poignant moments as a parent where... I went into her room, and the door was open, and I... I just paused for a second and I looked, and she was sound asleep, and I thought how beautiful she was. The twins were asleep in the... in their cots and I thought how lucky we were. And within, you know, minutes that was shattered!

Fredrik Skavlan: What happened was that you went... you went to eat with the other parents that you were on vacation with?

Kate McCann: That's right.

Fredrik Skavlan: Errm... This was not far from the apartment?

Kate McCann: It's about 50 metres as the crow... crow flies but about 70 metres on foot.
Fredrik Skavlan: Yes, and... and as you sat there in this restaurant you... you went back and forth on shift to... to check on the children, is that right?

Kate McCann: That's right.

Fredrik Skavlan:
And... and what... what happened when the last time you went to check?

Kate McCann: Well it was 10 o'clock when I went to check on Madeleine and, errm... I walked into the sitting room of the apartment and I noticed that the children's bedroom door was open further than we'd left it. We always close it quite far over but just enough so some light gets in and it was quite open. And it was our friend Matt who had checked on the children at half past nine when he was checking on his daughter next door, and I thought to myself well maybe... maybe Matt's left the door open when he's checked on them. So I walked over to the bedroom door and I was about to close it to again, and as I did that, it kind of slammed shut, and I thought, 'oh, there must be a draught' and I checked the door behind me and I hadn't left that open.

And then I opened the door again, of the children's bedroom, just to leave it open a little bit and that's when I really looked in. And I... I couldn't quite make out Madeleine in her bed and I just looked and looked and, errm... it was obviously quite dark, and it must be a parental thing where you don't switch a light on in case... you're worried about waking them but then I realised she wasn't actually there and I thought, well she must have wandered through to our bedroom and maybe that would explain why door was open. So I went into... to our bedroom and she wasn't there and that was the first time really that the panic hit and I just ran back into her bedroom, and literally at that point, errm... the curtains which were closed just kind of flew open and that was when I noticed that the window was open as far as it could go and the shutters outside had been raised all the way up. And I just knew straight away that someone had, errm... taken her, so...

Fredrik Skavlan: So... so this... this was your first thought?

Kate McCann: Yeah, absolutely, there's no way a... a young child could have got out.

Fredrik Skavlan: This... this decision of not eating in the apartment it has been a lot of discussions about that and not... not staying in the apartment, to go to eat with the other parents - as you did every night.

Gerry McCann: We felt incredibly safe and we were in a very quiet holiday resort. We were with a group of friends, we hardly saw anyone of an evening and it... it was so close that it... it didn't feel very different to eating outside in your garden, with the kids upstairs in the bedroom, and it... literally we were only going back, errm... to check that no one had woken up and of course at the time someone stealing your child was the furthest thing from our minds and, errm... it... it...

Fredrik Skavlan: This was really not something you had thought twice about?

Gerry McCann: Yeah, no, it was, it just felt, errm...

Kate McCann: I think if we'd had to think about it or even say to each other 'do you think that's okay?' then it wouldn't have happened. But it just felt like a very natural thing; we'll eat at the restaurant on the complex, errm...

Gerry McCann: I think... I think the hardest thing with this is, you know with hindsight we made a mistake, errm... it was a collective mistake but unfortunately we can't change that and, errm... and whatever anyone may think about our decision making that night Madeleine's completely innocent and, you know, she's been taken and, errm... and it's hard for us because, you know, no one could feel more guilty than we did to... to... to think that your behaviour gave someone an opportunity, a risky opportunity, but one that they took and, you know, we persecuted ourselves for that, but you've got to look forward, you can't go back, we can't change that unfortunately, and errm... and what we've tried to do is... is always to look forward.

Fredrik Skavlan: Were you like... were you the worrying kind of parents. I mean, there are...?

Gerry McCann: I'll answer that! I would say: I wasn't but Kate was! I would have said that Kate was a bit over protective whereas, you know, I grew up in a big family; the youngest of five, and you feel, oh, you know, indestructible, but Kate was much... as an only child maybe, I don't know, but definitely much more protective, errr... of the children than... than me.

Fredrik Skavlan: There... there were, errr... you... you came in contact very... very quickly with the Portuguesian [sic] police...

Gerry McCann: Sure...

Fredrik Skavlan: Errr... How was that experience?

Gerry McCann: We were expecting a Metropolitan type response and I remember... I remember saying to the officers, 'where's the helicopters? I want helicopters with heat seeking equipment.' And, you know, the officer kind of laughed at us and said, you know, 'this isn't...', you know, 'we don’t have a Royal Navy' and... and this thing... and... and you just... and I'm sure every single parent can understand this because everyone has lost a child momentarily and the terror and how frightening it is, be it in a supermarket or a playground or a park, and you just want everything done and you want... you want the world to stop and... and scream, and... and the response, you know, was slow. Errm... And that... that's been one of the hardest things for us, because, you know, Madeleine could have been moved very easily and the Spanish border's only about 90 minutes away and obviously you are on the Mediterranean, and one of the aspects of why we are campaigning internationally, errr... is because she could have been taken anywhere.

Fredrik Skavlan: What happened was that as time went by you didn't really trust the Portuguesian [sic] police and they didn't trust you?

Gerry McCann: We were there for three/three and a half months, we felt we had been completely eliminated from the enquiry, we'd been interviewed... the circumstances, you know, errm... and then, you know, for whatever reason, and possibly pressure, and a desire for this case to go away, it was portrayed in the media that, errr... there was very strong evidence that Madeleine was dead. People see 'DNA' and other things, and that we were responsible for hiding her body and...

Fredrik Skavlan: There were rumours about DNA in the car... in the car that you hired?

Gerry McCann: And we want to be absolutely clear about these things, you know, there's two aspects: we didn't hire that car for 3 and half weeks until after Madeleine was taken, and the second aspect is there's no DNA match. Errr... You know, when you see the files there's a mixed sample of DNA that comes from 5 people and obviously some of it matched Madeleine's. But of course, all, of our DNA matches Madeleine's and... and to be fair, you know, it was incredibly frustrating from the time we were arguido, through to the... the file being closed the following July but the... the Prosecutor's final report was very clear actually, and unequivocal, that, you know, there was no evidence that Madeleine was dead. And there was no evidence that we were involved but certain people have chosen to ignore that information.

Fredrik Skavlan: Which one of these media speculations was... was most shocking, do you think? Was most hurtful?

Kate McCann: I mean, there were loads, I mean, I guess the worst thing is if they say she's dead - and there's no evidence - because if she's dead there's no search, errm... (laughs)

Gerry McCann: I think the other thing, just to go back to that, Fredrik, is that we had an interview with the police, which Kate details in her book - an unofficial interview - and, errm... basically two of the senior officers were saying to us, errm... 'tell us what happened, we know what happened.' And... and I was in tears, saying, 'do you have evidence that Madeleine is dead? Because if you do, as her parents, we need to know.' And they were saying, 'it's coming, it's coming'. And that, you know, the pressure that was put on us to confess to a crime of... of hiding your own daughter's body and to... to say that you were going to pursue us for murder. And... and it's not unique to Portugal, this happens with police the world over, it's happened to many different people, it's happened to other parents in similar situations to us.

Fredrik Skavlan: How is your daily life, it's been five years, how is your daily life affected by this now... or do you have a daily life?

Kate McCann: Yeah, I think we've reached a new normality I guess. You know, our life will never be what it was, you know, it's never gonna be truly normal again because of what's happened but we've got to a place where we are obviously functioning, I mean Gerry works full time. I haven't returned to medical practice but I've worked on the campaign and investigation. Six months of my life was spent going through the Portuguese police files, nine months was spent writing a book, and of course we've got two other children. We've got Sean and Amelie, and it's, you know, it's actually quite a luxury, but a nice luxury, to be able to take them to school and be there for when they come home, so...

Gerry McCann: It's probably important to emphasise, you know, we do spend obviously a lot of our spare time, errr... focused on it and the last year we've slept a lot better knowing that the review is taking place. But if you had a casual observer looking at us as a family they would see a family of four. They'd see a happy family of four, and they wouldn't really see... they wouldn't suspect that we'd been, errm... you know, suffered a great trauma, errm... but for Kate and I... Sean and Amelie are as happy as any 7 year olds that we know and for Kate and I, we get enjoyment from life, we do, we do, do that, but until Madeleine's back with us there's... there's always going to be a void and that there's a limit, you know, whereas before you could be... you could have unbridled joy, anything now, is always... there's always a tinge and it's often the family things because Madeleine is not there with us.
Fredrik Skavlan: How... how has it affected your relationship?

Kate McCann: Well we're very lucky in that our relationship was very good, very strong, before this happened and I'm not sure we'd have survived if that wasn't the case I mean I don't think there could be anything more traumatic than what's happened to us plus all the additional stuff on top of that.

Fredrik Skavlan: You... you said you've written the book for the twins, how much do they know?
Kate McCann: Probably as much as we do to be honest now, errm...

Gerry McCann: Virtually, yeah!

Kate McCann: We did take advice from a child psychologist and he said to be as honest and as open with them but let them take the lead so if they ask you a question you respond as... as fully as you can and that's exactly what we've done. So we've got to the point now where they understand that a man has taken Madeleine. They... they view it like burgalry [sic]; she's been stolen and you shouldn't take something that doesn't belong to you but they understand, you know, there's lots of people helping us. They understand why we are in Sweden today, the purpose of that is to ask for more help really, errm...
Fredrik Skavlan: Can... can they really remember?
Kate McCann: Well obviously they were very young, but they have re-counted things that happened prior to May 2007, which has kind of thrown me a little bit. Obviously they have been surrounded by Madeleine ever since. There's pictures all around the house and Madeleine's bedroom is still there, they've obviously seen things on the television and they know that my job really has changed from being a doctor to looking for Madeleine, errm...

Gerry McCann: And I think it's important to say that they still see Madeleine as a big part of their life, and as parents that's incredibly comforting and they'll say things like 'We're going to get on an aeroplane and we're going to look for that man, and when we find him we're going to... ' and I'll say 'we'll give him to police', but they even talk about that. But I think, you know, if we don't find Madeleine in the next... period we will face more difficult times as they get older and they're on internet and they start seeing some of the vile material which is there.

Fredrik Skavlan: In your book you... you... you mention that you have been perceived as, errr... as cold in a way?

Kate McCann: Well someone's always got an opinion and I think we've learned how judgemental people can be and, I mean, I think its maybe part of human nature, we are all quick to judge from a position of ignorance.

Fredrik Skavlan: Is there a right way of grieving and a wrong way of grieving?

Kate McCann: Well exactly, I mean how should a mother or father grieve when their child is abducted and...

Gerry McCann: I think the other thing people probably don't understand is that when we've done media, in particular in the early days you had to really psyche yourself up to go on there and deliver the message, you know, we set objectives...

Fredrik Skavlan: Were you advised on how to behave?

Gerry McCann: We... I mean the very initial things we weren't, but when we did the first sort of direct appeal to the abductor, errm... Kate... we were... and I was told that Kate should speak as the mother, female voice and that she should not show any emotion in case that gave the abductor some sort of kick so that particular appeal, but I think as much as anything, you know, Kate had probably cried 16 hours a day for 4 days, by time we did that, and we were just drained, you cannot physically cry 24 hours a day. I mean it's impossible.

Kate McCann:
The day we did the appeal to the abductor, which was on the Monday, and I spoke to Alan the counsellor and I said, 'I feel really numb' and I felt really bad that I felt numb, I just... and he said 'Kate you can't cry for 24 hours a day, you know, this is... this is natural' but... (lets out sigh) it's hard, I mean if you laugh people will say 'how can they laugh when their child has been abducted'; if you don't laugh you'll either get called 'cold' or you're 'on the edge of a nervous breakdown' or... and it's just hard, you've just got to be who you are, you know.
Fredrik Skavlan: Do you have days that when you can forget, when you can sort of not think about it?

Kate McCann: No, I don't think there's any day when Madeleine isn't on my mind, you know, she is always there but... For 18 months/2 years I never thought I'd enjoy myself again, I never thought I'd allow myself to enjoy anything again, errm... and with time you adapt and I... I realised that actually it is okay to do that and it is important to do that, you need to get rest, you need to enjoy your life, and you have to be well and happy, you know, for each other, for Madeleine when she gets home, for Sean and Amelie, and... and thankfully, you know, we are in a position now where we get a lot of enjoyment out of things, Sean and Amelie in particular.
Fredrik Skavlan: Today, almost 5 years later, what do you believe happened to Madeleine?

Kate McCann: Well, I mean, my view hasn't changed, you know, since the 4th of May really, and that is, that a man took Madeleine. And that man was the person who our friend Jane Tanner saw carrying a child away from the area of the apartment. And sadly I don't really know anything else since.

Fredrik Skavlan: How long do you think you can find the strength to continue this search?

Kate McCann: Well, as long as it takes. I don't think any parent, errm... would ever be able to give up on their child and even the weeks where we are absolutely shattered, errm... or there's another injustice that comes your way, you get up the next morning and think, 'right let's go again' because, you know, Madeleine is part of our family. We all need her back and she needs to be with us... just need to keep going.

Gerry McCann: I mean, there are times when you just think 'I cannot do this, any more', errm... 'it's too much' and particularly, you know, the attention that's come through the media, but, as Kate says, you know, that bond with us, and with Madeleine, and for Sean and Amelie, and even if you wanted to I don't think we could stop.

Fredrik Skavlan: Please know that our thoughts are with you, errr... thank you so much for coming here to Stockholm and telling us about her, reminding us about Madeleine is still missing. Thank you, so much."

---------------------------------------------Note: a new Swedish tv interview with the McCanns has also been freshly aired. (see The McCann Files site for the details.) The dates for both shows was unknown to me until I noticed that Kate Healy was wearing the exact same clothes and even earings on both these Swedish shows.
The date for the programme:

Nyhetsmorgon -

Föräldrarna letar fortfarande efter försvunna Madeleine McCann" ( tv4play.se ) was the 25th March 2012 ( 2012-03-25 10:32), hence the show that is transcripted above is from the same day imo, however is dated 23-05-2012 by the McCann Files.

-How busy the McCanns have been since Bennett's court!

1) Bennett's court
2) Amaral's Court
3) The Charity Race (Missing Persons)
4) The Swedish Tour Of Shows! -And it's not even Easter yet. What a tight agenda!-

What mistook me about the date of this show with Fredrick Skavlan was the fact that Ms Kate constantly insisted about her book. I then thought I might have missed that "Tour" last year, and that she was there to promote her book. Oh well she is STILL promoting it eagerly so I take it that any little helps to boosts her Profits - or are the sales not going so well now?

I cannot see how a book that expose her daughter's "little genitals torn apart" on page 129 would help an abductor-raptor to stay calm and decent - see what she says in this show above, her usual tripe about not being emotional on early tv (May 2007) because otherwise it would encourage the abductor to react against Madeleine.... If "he" / "she" / "they" have read the book, "Ah ah ah ah"! (I can laugh because I do not believe these two liars and I can PROVE once again that they've lied, see the "SMASHED WINDOW" and the "TAMPERED SHUTTER", = LIE + LIE, followed by other ones.)

I have highlighted points that brought me to react, either by shaking my head, swearing at the tv or laughing. They'll never change... the record is definitely scratched.
