NO Photo Of Kate's Pregnancies?

Bit weird, isn't it. The Celebs from Leicestershire/ Praia, Algarve would, for sure, cashed on a £ Million if only they had provided some photographs of Ms Healy "wearing" a wee bump, with a caption: "My Pregnancy With Madeleine".
Another wee bumper could have been: "Here! You all want to see Maddy's health records? HERE they ARE!"

But NO. Nothing, and still nothing new in that department for the PJ. No Health Records / Files of any sort. TA-BOO! And the CC (Credit Cards) records / account statements copies are equally TABOO.
Woosh!
Though, imagine the financial BOOST it would have given to the FUND!

Here is something I have spotted from my readings (and it's brought me BACK to an OLD Topic of MINE on the "3as"' former forum... I'm glad that Thoughts Do Stick!!!):

I've seen a photo which looks as if it's taken in a maternity-type ward - with a bed and so on. The funny thing is that Gerry looks like the mother - IIRC he's on the bed with the newborn and Kate is sitting by looking fresh and dressed and in no way as if she gave birth in the last day or so. Do not have a clue where the pic might be found.

It makes you think though - esp as Kate never seems to talk as if she really carried and gave birth to Madeleine. It's all "the pregnancy was so easy", "when Madeleine appeared" etc...the last bit is how adoptive parents talk. "When dhe came to us," sort of thing.

Was Madeleine carried by a surrogate mother? Was she adopted?"

"MADELEINE McCann’s parents are set to be quizzed in court later this year in connection with their daughter’s disappearance.

Kate and Gerry McCann, of Rothley, Leics, will face lawyers acting on behalf of the Portuguese detective who led the hunt for Madeleine.

They are suing former police chief Goncalo Amaral for more than £1million damages over claims he made about them.

Amaral, who believes Madeleine is dead, is due to call the McCanns in his bid to defend himself.

Last night the couple’s lawyer Isabel Duarte said she expects the libel trial to take place this year.

She said: “It could be June or July but most likely September. He can call them if there are things they can contribute (to his case).”

So they are still obsessed with that £Million? I thought that this matter was definitely closed, they had already appealed against Amaral's book to be published, they LOST, meanwhile G. Amaral has lost of a lot of income (and thanks to the McCanns in the first place), all this banned time while no sales could be made, so logically shouldn't Amaral sue the McCanns for a £Million then?

I've never read this written anywhere, but how is it called? Loss of income / earnings, by prevention or obstruction or a legal term of the sort. It's clearly a huge LOSS OF EARNINGS! His Lawyer would well know what to call it.

The £Million seems to be a sticky, stubborn target. It was one Million Reward for a while, then the Million pursuit as we still see now in the bid to raid Amaral's pockets, also the hope to make a Million from their book sales.

Are they one million times more of dreamers than I had ever imagined?

By the way there this a huge lie in their book. I can't quote because of the darling copyrights, but I can talk about it in my own words: Kate wrote that Gerry rushed outside to verify the shutters, and that he could pushed them up, UP, after she had pulled them down... but everyone in that resort, and even the police, said that it is NOT possible to open these metallic shutters from the outside. One more, Kate!

Back to this article, Kate has done several solo trips to Portugal this year, for legal matters. Was she preparing this  oncoming court ?

Did you know that the McCanns CAN get the case RE-OPENED?

Yes, and Hello dear Readers, Followers and Commentors.
The MCCANNS CAN GET THE CASE FOR THEIR DAUGHTER RE-OPENED!

How can they, in FACTS?

1) They can volunteer to answer the denied police questions (the MOTHER, Kate Healy., as the Father, Gerald McCann, HAS answered his questions.) So what is she doing writing a book when she really CAN get her daughter's investigation re-opened? It's an ARCHIVED case now, has been since July 2008!

2) They can ACCEPT THE EVENTS RECONSTRUCTION as suggested by the Portuguese Police Unit PJ, but they keep refusing to do so! Why?

(by the way Kate Healy anf Gerald McCann you are most welcome to bring your replies and/or comments on this blog.)

3) They can PROVIDE the Child's (Madeleine) HEALTH RECORDS, MEDICAL FILES that they have always refused to hand ut to the PJ, Police in Portugal who deals with their daughter's case. I find this VERY suspicious. I find ALL this very SUSPICIOUS.

I do NOT believe the "McCanns" - well Healy-McCann because of factual elements of this sort.

In the light of an ABDUCTION, why have you totally neglected this evidence, but believed the "new result" obtained by Mr B. Kennedy, your friend and benefactor? (which was "the former 5a tenants' son's "saliva"...)



- Why when you fear and insist on a paedophile abuction and ring(s), did you publish photos of your daughter that can doubtlessly be seen by paedophiles as dreamy material?



-Why did you remain friend with Dr Payne when your other friends accuse him of behaving like a paedophile?

- Why did you mention this possibility so early (to your family, friends and then even the press) when you couldn't even be sure that you child had run off or not?


-If you were so sure of an abduction by a paedophile, why did you let most of the local people search in the streets for your daughter? (it is not as if a paedophile would walk hand in hand with Maddy in the Praia streets just after capture)


- You've insisted being stalked, watched, even that your daughter was photographed by stranger(s), why did you not immediately report this to the police , - PRE abduction?



-Have you personally contacted Mr John SHORD at the Leicester Police / MI5, with an evidence in the matter?



- If "YES", where is the photo that was taken 3 days before the missing event, as stated by them?




- Do/ did you have personal/other contact with Mr Jonh SHORD?

-This photo - if it really exists- was taken by a stranger, in the open, so why not publishing it, because obviously it would have nothing private or compromising on it for your daughter or yourself, and also, very importantly, it would have helped people RECOGNISE your Child?



- With your fund money that was already huge in amount, why did you not go to Poland with a legal team to demand seeing the accused man of "taking photos then driving off very fast" -or more exactly one of the men/people-? Why has this "track", much advertised by you in the press, been completely abandoned by yourself and your numerous teams of private detectives?



-Why do you think so many people were stalking you, Maddy, watching you all, even taking photos? If the case then why despite all this did you STILL take you children to the creche and kids clubs? Also then why did you still leave all three of them UNATTENDED in that foreign flat, even with an UNLOCKED slide/French window /or front door?
General:

- Why, would you think, you didn't hear / see ANYTHING while your daughter, Mr McCann, was being abducted a few steps away from you?



- If you felt a presence in the flat just previously then why did you keep on practicing the same child neglect crime?



- The presence you felt, was it of a human, live nature (like with noises, steps or breathing, etc.) OR of a supernatural / spiritual nature? (like ghost(s) ).



-Why do you contradict yourselves in statement, Gerald and Kate, regarding the front door and the key?



-And same question for the presence of Dr Payne on the Wednesday NIGHT, who was, according to only one of you, the one visiting your Daughter, while you were away.
What is the nature of this visit? What was the reason for it?

-Why would you say, Kate, that you had a bad premonition about this holiday?


-What really happened on the Tuesday NIGHT?



-Have you or any of your contacts intimidated Mrs Fenn?

-Have you or your contacts paid a babysitter to supervise your sleeping children so really they were NOT unattended?



-Have you or your contact paid a nanny during the holiday for NIGHT supervision/ else?



-Have you still got contact with Charlotte Pennington? Did you know her previously?



- WHO paid for the extra bedroom of TWO couples in your Friends at the ocean Club? These had booked ONLY ONE BEDROOM flats. No resort gives a room for free, so who paid for this, why, with which method, (CASH, CHEQUE, BANK CARD, CREDIT CARD?) Is this why you hide your bank statements from the police?



-Do you have common friends with Mr. Goncalo Amaral or Amaral's (former?) wife? If so, did this/ese friend(s) attend the same Charity Gala from The Order Of Malta as Mr Amaral did?



-If your book as you state is to tell the truth why don't you tell it without making any profit, previously to its publication?


-Where was Madeleine conceived, carried and born?



- Did you use a private clinic that specialises only with IVF?

-What option did you choose to discard the redundant Embryos?



-Why is Madeleine so developed, compared to about 4 months earlier, on the Tennis Court Photo with the hat and the sandals and the yellow balls?



-Did you ever have any other IVF child(ren) other than Maddy, Sean, Amelie?



-Was Maddy living with you in Rothley?



-Can you provide evidence (visual evidence with ORIGINAL photos / original medical scans/ other irrefutable document) of YOUR pregnancy, Kate Healy, with Maddy, Sean, Amelie?

...Ms Kate Healy you can certainly answer them now, you KNOW it would RE OPEN the case for your DAUGHTER if you did, so why don't you?

You also say you didn't do the police reconstruction of the events because your friends couldn't find the time (or were not bothered?) to help with this, Easter is coming, with bank holidays, 2 days in Praia Da Luz is enough time to do so. There is NO EXCUSE.

You are not doing any of this, so it's telling the public that really you are not interested in re-opening the case, you are too busy publishing your book instead.

Please make sure you answer these questions in it - which I doubt you will.

My own question (Megafundline's) is about Madeleine's Health Records: why did her parents refuse to show them to the inspectors? What did they fear, what is there to hide in these?
Also, I didn't know that parents of a missing child can afford the right not to give child-related documents. In my views and I think, according to the law, this is a must, it has no choice in accepting/ refusing.
I've always heard as police being able to obtain documents or else via WARRANTS.
Why are the McCanns not answerable to the law?
What is it that makes them "Special" and ABOVE THE LAW??

(and same question for their child neglect practice).

What would your own questions or requests be? Mine is about the Child's HEALTH RECORDS, that her parents refused to hand over to the police - but from which law can't the British police DEMAND these records, and even get them with a warrant? Had anyone else been a MAIN SUSPECT in any other serious case, especially a MISSING CHILD'S CASE, surely they would have no choice in the matter! So once again, here's a flagrant instance of DELIBERATE SABOTAGE of their own CHILD INVESTIGATION! -and obvious PROTECTION. Mrs HEALY, Dr MCCANN: once again, WHY? WHY DO YOU SABOTAGE THE INVESTIGATION FOR MADELEINE?
